投诉信类范文

一．投诉信:投诉信与普通的书信格式基本相同。写信时要注意态度诚恳、直截了当，一般来说，一封投诉信包括三个最基本的方面①投诉内容一般放在信的开头②投诉原因一般讲述对产品或者产品售后服务不满的地方③希望得到的结果，写投诉信要有理有据，不要因为不满而离题。

二．常用句型

1. I’m writing to you about/ with reference … which we received/ bought …

我写信向你投诉……

2. I must warn you that unless you do something about the situation,I will be forced to take legal action. 我必须正告贵方，除非对目前状况采取措施，否则我将被迫诉诸法律。

3. I want to make a complaint about …我要对……提出投诉。

4. I am writing to inform you that I am dissatisfied with your …

我写信是想告诉你们我对你们的……感到不满意。

5. When I checked … we noticed … 当我们检查……发现……

6. It did not work at all. 它不能正常工作。

7. Please let us know what you intend to do in this matter.

请告诉我们，你们打算如何处理此事。

Dear Sir,

In the spring of 2011,I bought a Jones Typewriter,Portable Special Model at the ABC Store in Jonesville. I had used it only a few days when the space bar broke.

We took it to a local repair shop,they told us that it was a factory defect and suggested that we take it back to the ABC. We waited three months,and they let us have the space bar from

another typewriter.

Now,six mouths later,it has broken again. As we find the guarantee is still good,we write you for further instructions as to what steps to take.

I will appreciate anything you can do to help us on this matter.
