From my perspective, I believe that it is of great help to try new things and take risks. No pains no gains. Limiting ourselves to things we are good at will cause loss of opportunities to develop other interests and skills. When we take risks to try something new, we may fail, but as long as we keep trying ,we still get a chance to succeed. Successful experiences will bring us a sense of accomplishment and greater self-confidence. We may also discover a new interest that will bring pleasure to our lives or lead to a new line of work.
