Principles of Supplier Engagement 供应商管理原则
Supplier launch success is a cross-functional responsibility 供应商成功投产是多功能团队的责任。 PD, STA, Buyers & MP&L are core team members PD, STA, Buyer和物流是核心团队成员。 The team will work proactively with the highest leverage suppliers on a program 团队将积极主动地和最高影响的供应商一起工作。 Supplier engagement will begin early in a program – immediately after sourcing 一旦选定供应商应尽可能早地开始供应商的管理流程 The X-functional team will conduct a Team Evaluation minimum 4 times. 多功能团队将引导整个团队最少进行4次评估。 The team provides the supplier with a single VCC voice on key launch matters 团队在量产问题将向供应商传达统一的声音。 Underlying APQP and PPAP processes and roles & responsibilities will remain. 在此基础上APQP和PPAP的流程、角色和责任还是会继续。 Team engagement will continue until the supplier has successfully completed all PPAP requirements and fully met all program rampup volumes 管理流程将会持续到供应商成功完成PPAP相关要求并达到项目爬坡量。
