摘要

亚甲基蓝(MB)是印染废水的典型代表,它是一种硫氮杂苯染料,常被用作生物染色剂、氰化物的解毒剂、氧化指示剂和化学分析试剂,而它又不易被一些常规的方法所降解,所以很容易引起严重的环境污染问题。从国内部分染料厂废水处理工艺及效果看出,采用传统的物化、生化的方法处理染料废水,较难达到去除效果、经济成本、生态保护的统一,同时色度仍不易达标。因此,氧化能力较强,不产生二次污染的电化学氧化技术就成为处理染料废水的新途径。

论文通过配置一定浓度的亚甲基蓝标准溶液,采用最近广为关注的新型电极材料—钛基镀层电极,运用控制变量法,研究电化学处理亚甲基蓝的影响因素,并在此基础上,进一步探讨其电解机理。结果表明:在外加电压为6.0V,pH≈4.00,极板间距为1.0cm,

亚甲基蓝起始浓度20mg/L,温度为30℃,电解质(Na

2SO

4

)浓度为0.5%的条件下,电解

处理2小时,亚甲基蓝的去除率即可达97.7%。在此最佳条件下,测定了亚甲基蓝电解反应前后溶液COD和TOC的变化。结果表明:随着电解反应的进行,溶液的COD值先逐渐减小,然后又缓慢上升,2小时后COD的去除率为68.8%。同时随着电解反应的进行,溶液的TOC值是逐渐减小,2小时后TOC的去除率为61.5%。这表明随着电解反应的进行,亚甲基蓝变成了其他小分子的有机物,而没有完全矿化。

Abstract

Methylene blue is a typical representative of dyeing wastewater,It is a mixed nitrogen and sulfur dyes Benzene,Often used as a biological stain, an antidote for cyanide oxidation and chemical analysis reagent indicator,And it is not susceptible to degradation of some conventional methods, so it is easy to cause serious environmental pollution problems.Dye from the domestic part of the wastewater treatment process and results see,Traditional physical and chemical, biochemical approach to wastewater, it is harder to remove the effect of economic costs, ecological protection of the unity, while color is still not easy to compliance.Therefore, the oxidation ability, no secondary pollution of the electrochemical oxidation of dye wastewater has become a new way to deal with.

Articles by configuring a certain concentration of methylene blue standard solution, using the recent widespread concern about the new electrode materials - titanium-based coating electrodes, the use of control variables to study the electrochemical treatment of methylene blue influencing factors, and on this basis, to further explore the electrolysis mechanism.The results showed that: the applied voltage is 6.0V, pH ≈ 4.00, the plate spacing of 1.0cm, Methylene blue initial concentration of 20mg / L, the temperature is 30 ℃ ,electrolyte (Na2SO4) 0.5% under the conditions of electrolysis for 2 hours, the removal rate of methylene blue can be up to 97.7%.Under the optimum conditions were determined before and after the electrolysis reaction of methylene blue solution of COD and TOC changes. The results show that: with the electrolysis reaction, the COD value of the solution decreases gradually at first and then rise slowly, 2 hours after the COD removal rate was 68.8%. At the same time as the electrolysis reaction, the TOC value of the solution is first decreased, then increased slowly, 2 hours after the TOC removal rate was 61.5%. This indicates that with electrolysis reaction, methylene blue into the other small organic molecules, but not completely mineralized.
