微生物过滤系统/Microbial Filtration

微生物过滤系统是用于微生物检查或其他溶液过滤,主要是由过滤装置(过滤支架、过滤杯)结合外置真空泵组成。本系统在使用时,将滤膜放置于滤头上,并用滤杯固定密封,形成一个完整的过滤装置。基于薄膜过滤法的原理,将样品溶液与微生物(或所需的微粒物质)分离,并将微生物或微粒物质截留于滤膜上,转移滤膜。如果是微生物限度检查实验,在规定的条件下培养,然后进行菌落计数和鉴定。

Microbial Filtration applies to microbial test or other solutions which need to filter. It is made up of filtration device (filitration support +funnel) and vacuum pump. During using this product, place the membrane on the filter head, fixed and sealed it by pressing funnel to form an integrated filtration device. Basicaly on the principle of membrane filtration, seperate the testing solution from microbe (or required particle material), and withholding the microbe or particle material on the membrane, transfer membrane. If do microbial limit test, culture it under the specified conditions, then colony count and observe.

操作过程/Process

微生物过滤系统/Microbial Filtration 1.滤头灭菌——用火焰灭菌枪对滤头进行快速的灭

菌,防止不同实验之间的交叉污染。

Sterilize filter head-Sterilize the filter head quickly by flame gun, avoid cross contamination between different experiments.

2.放置滤膜——直径50mm或47mm无菌滤膜均可使用,

按定位口放置滤膜,确保滤膜在滤头的中心位置。

Place membrane-Apply 50mm and 47mm membrane, and center it to lay.

3.安装滤杯——取无菌滤杯安装于滤头上,无需另外

的密封圈,轻松密封安装。

Put on funnel-put funnel on the filter head,no need extra seal element, install it tightly and easily.

4.过滤样品——将液体样品倒置于滤杯中,开启对应

的阀门进行过滤。

Filter sample-Filling funnel with liquid sample, then open the valve to filter.

5.脱卸滤杯——样品过滤结束后将滤杯从滤头上脱卸下来。

Take off funnel-Take off funnel from filter head when finish.

6.转移滤膜——用滤膜专用镊子从滤头上任意一个缺口镊取滤膜,再将滤膜平贴到培养基上进行微生物培养。

Transfer membrane-Take membrane from any recess, then lay it on the medium for microbial culture.
