My name is zhu xu dong.it's really a great honor for me to have this chance to participate in the English speech contest .Today ,my speech topic is the secret of success.
In my opinion ,in one the way to success,there are four key.
First of all ,we must believe in ourselves ,because confidence in ourselves is the first step in the road to success.if we don't believe in ourselves ,who can we believe ? and who will come to believe us ? so please believe that your life can be what you want it to be.
Second ,As the saying goes : "Great hopes make great man ",so we should have a great ideal and clear golds.dream is in what direction we are moving and our motivition , a person who have no dreams were to be mediocre life.
Third,No pains ,no gains .so we must pay the actual line work ,It's also the most important step to success.
The last but not least ,if you want to be successful,only do these are far from enough ,because success is a constant process of struggle .so-called"haste doesn't bring success",so you must learn to insist ,insist on is victory .
