1、在注意优生的同时不忘对后进生的提拔。
这节课中我多次让后进生来回答问题，在同学面前表现自己，让他们在学习中找到更多的自信。

3、培养团队精神,增强学生合作意识. 最后一个任务,我让学生小组合作,看谁的家务活做得最精彩,谁的生活最有意义,然后让小组上台表演,尽情展示各组的合作成果,最后做出评价,评选出每组的最佳人选,并给予表扬和鼓励.这一任务的完成,需要更丰富的语言,能体现出学生的综合语言运用能力及创新能力,也是对整节课的总结和提升。
转盘的使用很巧妙，很自然地就让学生练习到了不同的日子和不
同日子里需要上的课程，因为时间无法复制。
不足之处：
教具的使用不到位，如日历，课前准备好了，但是课中没有使用。
在新授课过程中由于情景创设的不太到位，与学生的生活联系不太紧密，因此，学生的积极性虽然很高，但是仍有部分学生并没有完全融入课堂。
还有，在拓展环节的设计上，我没有抓住这个分类整理已学词语的好机会。
虽然也展示了以前所学的词语，却没有做一次小结，造成了只是教师罗列词语，学生仅限于记忆词语，忽略了语言的交流性质。
没有给学生一个使用词语的机会，没有给学生语言交流的语言环境。
这是本节课的失误，因为教学实践证明，这样分类整理词语更贴近生活，更易于学生的实际运用。
总之，通过一个多月的国培学习，让我学到了不少知识。
在今后的教育教学生涯中，我会努力学习，不断为自己充电，扎实工作，努力为教育事业添砖加瓦。

在实际操作过程中，我们特别注重过程性评价的实施。
过程性评价即形成性评价，是指在学习过程中以教师评价、家长评价、学生小组间的互相评价为基本方式，综合评价学生日常英语学习情况的一种评价方式。
它强调以人为本，在学习过程中，重视对学生情感态度、语言知识、学习策略、团队合作精神及综合素质的培养，具有激励性、同步性等特点。
根据英语课程评价的要求，我们通过组员与小组捆绑式自我评价、组长评价、同学评价、教师评价以及形成性评价和终结性评价，激励学生全员参与，体验学习成功的快乐。
具体实施主要有以下三个层次：
一、组内评个人
利用“组员评价记录表”，对小组内学生进行评价，每节课由各小组的记录员负责记录本组内组员的得奖情况。
评价项目可随课堂实际情况分阶段进行调节，如果小组评价做得比较好，还可以从4个大的方面和20个小的观察点进行详细评价，如表格：

利用“小组评价记录表”，记录各小组得奖情况。
通过各小组组员的团结合作、共同努力，在课前展示、课中合作交流汇报展示、反馈展示环节中分别记奖。
注意学困生的得奖数量要相对增多，这样能够调动学生的积极性和主动性。
评价项目可随课堂中学生存在的实际情况分阶段进行调节。
一堂课中对学生小组合作的评价，我们也可以从以下四个大方面对小组综合评价：一是学生的活动状态。
学生兴趣浓厚，自主学习积极主动;学习氛围浓厚，民主平等互动;互助学习分工明确，学生热情高且具有实效性。
二是学生的活动形式。
学生活动分个体、小组、集体等，形式多样，观察、思考、合作有机结合。
对于学习内容，善于创新且富有实效，如合理、恰当地运用听、说、读、写、演、唱、交流等多种活动形式，也可以利用不同形式学习和展示同一个内容，如对于句型可以用对话的形式学习和展示，也可以是编成歌曲、加上动作或扩展为排比句的形式等，这样学习形式丰富多彩，培养了学生创新的精神。
三是学生的参与面。
学生参
与课堂活动面广，能够全体参与不同内容的展示。
四是学生的学习效果。
学生勇于展示，
情感、态度、价值观得到相应发展。
思维有深度，能够体现对所学知识的内化、重组和应用，而且外显效果好。

学英语教学随着新课程改革，各种先进的教学方法和教学手段不断涌现。
相应的，开发利用课外的有效时间与空间，探究不同的途径，使小学生获得最大限度的语言实践机会，从而获得语言实践能力。
英语课外作业是对课堂教学的有效延伸，是英语学习的巩固、发展、深化，是学生课外学习英语的重要手段，具有诊断与补救的功能。
设计自主型作业
英语新课标大力倡导“自主式学习方式”和终身学习的理念，极其重视学习习惯的养成和实践能力的锻炼。
这一切无不体现了新英语新空间的新教育理念，这必然要求教师适时灵活作出一个作业形式的总体创意——必须善于把所学单词和生活中的东西结合起来，这常常能收到很好的效果。
相信，学生有了自由发挥的空间，在做适合自己学习程度的作业同时，也会希望自己能达到更高一层的目标。
与此同时，教师适时地对作业难度选择提高并达到要求的同学进行鼓励，以提高他们的积极性。
如在教学一些跟生活密切相关的英语单词——各种电器、家具时，在学完相关单词之后，可以引导学生同桌合作一起制作一个漂亮的小贴纸，并将“sofa、 TV、shelf”一类的单词用彩笔画上去，让学生把这些亲手制作的小贴纸带回家，并贴在相应的家具上，让自己一回家就能看见这些东西。
相信，每天的接触，在潜移默化中，一定会自然而然地让视觉感知、语言效果和印象记忆很好地融合在一起了。
这样的过程，有时甚至还会收到“一石二鸟”的效果。
又如，用电脑键盘练习字母，玩一玩打字游戏，学生不仅喜欢，而且既学习了字母，又熟悉了键盘，一举两得。
