Occasional flashing during play-ing is normal. If the Limit LED remains illuminated, reduce the output level of the amplifier until the LED flashes.16. CD INPUT:Use these RCA jacks to connect the line level (or headphones) output of a CD player, tape deck or rhythm machine to the amplifier. The signal level from these jacks is adjusted by the Master control (#14). If the signal from the source connected to these jacks is too strong, use the output level control on the source to adjust the signal to obtain the proper level for a good mix.17. HEADPHONES:Use this jack to listen to the amplifier through a pair of stereo headphones. The internal speaker is disconnected when the headphones jack is used. To avoid possible damage to your hearing, do not use headphones for extended periods of time at extremely loud listening levels.The Front Panel:518. POWER:Use this switch to turn the amplifier on and off. The adjacent LED illuminates when the amplifier is turned on.19. ELECTRONIC TUNER (top panel, not shown):This active electronic tuner is on whenever the amplifier is turned on, allowing you constant, “real-time” tuning. The tuner is fully chromatic – use the flat and sharp indica-tors until the LED between them illuminates, indicating proper tuning.The Rear Panel:20. AC LINE CORD (not shown):The grounded power cord should only be plugged into a grounded power out-let that meets all applicable electrical codes and is compatible with the voltage, power, and frequency require-ments stated on the rear panel. Do not attempt to defeat the safety ground connection.21. EXTERNAL SPEAKER:Use this jack to connect the amplifier to an external speaker cabinet. This jack is wired in series with the internal speaker, which remains active when this jack is used. A 4 ohm external speaker cabinet is recommended.22. FOOTSWITCH:Connect a two-button footswitch (such as the Crate CFS-2) here for remote control of the channel selection/“blend” (see #7) and octave on/off. 鸣叫用于个体间的联络和通报危险等信息活动;鸣效是指鸟类模仿其它鸟类的叫声或声音;而鸣唱是在性激素控制下产生的响亮而富于变化的多音节连续旋律,有些鸟类的鸣唱非常婉转悠扬,繁殖期由雄鸟发出的婉转多变的叫声即是典型的鸣唱。

鸣唱是占区鸟类用于划分和保卫领域,宣告此地已被占据,警告同种雄鸟不得进入,吸引雌鸟前来配对的重要方式。

鸟类鸣唱所发出的“歌声”比叫声复杂多变,大多发生在春夏繁殖期间,通常由雄鸟发出[1]。

其中本文重点研究白眉姬鹟繁殖期的日常鸣唱,通过对鸟类鸣唱以及相关行为的研究,可以了解鸟类不同鸣声的生物学意义以及鸣声与领域防护行为的联系,同时希望可以为鸟类的分类提供一定的佐证。

[摘要] 对吉林省吉林市左家自然保护区的白眉姬鹟繁殖期鸣唱声音进行收集,对所收集的声音进行筛选最终得出15段鸣唱较为清晰的声音,以句子为单位,一方面对比分析所有鸣唱中不同个体之间以及同一个体内的句型;另一方面分别统计每段声音的高频、低频、频宽、持续时间和音素个数,并求均值做出折线图,然后做相关分析得出以下结论:1)句型在个体之间和同一个体内都会有相同或相似的存在,这从一定程度上反映了个体之间的亲缘关系;2)当白眉姬鹟处于领域防御或争夺配偶等紧急情况时,鸣唱的频率较高且其句子持续时间也较长;3)自然保护区的白眉姬鹟的鸣唱声谱图显示该地区多数个体声音的低频位于1800 Hz—2400 Hz之间在2200 Hz上下浮动;4)句子的长短与音素个数的多少成正比,但是声谱图显示句子的最短持续时间不低于1.2s,这应该是传递信息对句子持续时间的最短要求[2]。

我作为一个北方的鸟友,傻傻分不清,一直难分清,今天抽空罗列些种类,忘记时可以调出来,熟悉一下。

仙鹟类的鸟,叫声都挺不错。

清脆婉转、空幽盈耳,不吵不闹,欢快灵动。

海南蓝仙鹟雄鸟上体包括两翅和尾表面蓝色或暗蓝色,前额和眉斑较鲜亮多呈浅青蓝色,额基、眼先、耳羽、头侧由黑色逐渐变为蓝黑色。

两翅暗褐色,羽缘蓝色,翅褶合后其外表呈蓝色。

中央尾羽蓝色,其余尾羽黑色,外翈蓝色。

颏、喉和胸与背相似亦为暗蓝色,下胸和两胁为蓝灰色或灰色,腹和尾下覆羽污白色。

雌鸟上体橄榄褐色,眼先、前额、颏尖白色,眉斑不明显,眼圈皮黄色,眼先淡灰色,头部亦较灰。

尾上覆羽和尾羽显露部分锈褐色或栗色,翅暗褐色,羽缘栗棕色或栗色,翅褶合时翅表亦为栗色或栗棕色。

喉、胸橙皮黄色或黄栗色,颈侧、胸侧橄榄褐色微缀锈色,腹和尾下覆羽白色。

山蓝仙鹟雄鸟额基和眼先黑色,额和眉纹辉天蓝色,其余上体包括两翅和尾表面青蓝色或暗蓝色;颊、耳羽、头侧黑色。

尾黑褐色,除最外侧一对尾羽外,其余尾羽外翈蓝色,两翅黑褐色。

下体仅颏基黑色,其余颏、喉、胸、上腹和两胁橙棕色或橙色,下腹和尾下覆羽白色。

雌鸟上体橄榄褐色或橄榄灰褐色,额基、眼圈淡棕色,两翅和尾暗褐色,羽缘淡棕色,尾上覆羽和尾更显得棕红。

下体颏、喉、胸棕红色或淡赭色,两胁淡棕色,腹中央和尾下覆羽白色,有时尾下覆羽沾淡棕色。

小仙鹟雄鸟体小(14厘米)的深色鹟。

雄鸟深蓝,脸侧及喉黑,臀白,前额、颈侧及腰为闪辉蓝色。

与大仙鹟的区别在体型较小,胸蓝色,臀白色。

雌鸟褐色,翼及尾棕色,颈侧具闪辉蓝色斑块,喉皮黄,项纹浅皮黄。

与大仙鹟的区别在体型较小,颈背褐色,项纹色浅。

大仙鹟雄鸟雄鸟:体大(21厘米)的深色鹟。

上体蓝色,头顶、颈侧条纹、肩块及腰部辉蓝,下体黑色。

雌鸟雌鸟:橄榄褐色,头顶蓝灰,颈侧具闪辉浅蓝色块,喉具皮黄色三角形块斑。

与棕腹大仙鹟及棕腹仙鹟雌鸟的区别在体型不一,且无白色项纹。

白眉姬鹟繁殖行为观察试验潘卓;李辉;潘小艳;袁德军【摘要】Ficedula zanthopygia is a summer migrant broadly distributed in northeast China , North China,East China and Central China .The re-productive situations of a nest of F.zanthopygia in Dongzhai National Nature Reserve of Henan Province were observed from middle May to early June in 2015.The first egg of the nest was laid on May 16 and the clutch size was five.Eggs were incubated by female birds with the average dura-tion of each incubation of (6.1 ±3.8) min,and the time of leaving nest was (5.5 ±2.0) min.When nestlings were about 4 days old, the feeding frequency of parent birds was 22.5 times per hour and the feeding frequency of male parent was higher than that of female parent .This re-search is the first report on the reproduction of F.zanthopygia in Central China, which can provide helpful supplements for the reproduction data of F.zanthopygia.%白眉姬鹟(Ficedula zanthopygia)是一种广布于我国东北、华北、华东和华中地区的夏候鸟。

鹟类判别鹟类头圆,嘴⼩,腿短⽽细,脚⼩,是⾷⾍性鸟类,多数种类雄鸟⾊彩艳丽,雌鸟暗淡,但是也有雌雄均为灰⾊系的鹟。

本⽂仅对以下鹟类进⾏初步辩识,且不包括幼鸟⾸先介绍是斑鹟,灰纹鹟,乌鹟,北灰鹟之间的判别。

1. 斑鹟分布在我国新疆地区,⽽其他三种主要在东部,且本种⽻⾊较淡,头部,胸,胁具有⿊⾊细纵纹明显能与其他三种区分;2. 北灰鹟下嘴基宽且黄,眼先⽩⾊明显,胸灰褐⾊,⽆纵纹,翼尖最短,低于尾⽻长度的⼆分之⼀;3. 乌鹟胸斑较模糊,常揉合成团,为渲染状,尾下覆⽻具有暗⾊斑纹,翼尖到尾⽻的⼆分之⼀⾄三分之⼆处;4. 灰纹鹟眼先⽩⾊不明显,胸部纵纹很清晰,翼尖到尾⽻的三分之⼆,甚⾄更长到尾端。

因黄眉姬鹟、⽩眉姬鹟、绿背姬鹟和鸲姬鹟均上体较暗,下体黄⾊,雄鸟翅上具有⽩⾊块斑,故将其作为⼀类进⾏区分。

Installation InstructionA suitable operating environment is essential to ensuring the best performance of Qsep™ Series.2.1 Environment Requirements⚫The optimal operating temperature of Qsep™ Series are 18°C~26°C (65°F ~78°F).⚫The optimal operating humidity of Qsep™ Series are 40%~95% RH, non-condensing.⚫The operating altitude of Qsep™ Series are -20m~2000m (-65ft~6500ft).For proper capillary electrophoresis operation, do not place Qsep™ Series on a vibrating surface or near vibrating objects. For convenient access for loading and installation, it is recommended to leave approximately 711 mm (28 inches) clear space above the counter space or table. Allow approximately 76 mm (3 inches) of clear space at the rear and to the side of the instrument for proper air ventilation and electrical connections.Warning: Do not store, transport, or use Qsep™ Series under conditions whichthe temperature fluctuation could cause water condensation inside the instrument. Condensation may damage electronic devices of the instrument. Direct control the instrument with USB cable. Connect the air source within the range of 50psi~75psi.The input voltage of Qsep1™instrument is 12V DC, and the maximum power is80W. A suitable power adapter with cord, MEAN WELL GSM90B12-P1M, is included in the package (100~240V AC, 50~60Hz). The dimensions are24cm(L)*21cm(W)*30cm(H) and weight of the instrument is 5.5Kg. Connect the air source within the range of 50psi~65psi.*Note: Use a surge protector outlet for both Qsep series and the computer to avoid electromagnetic interferences and damages to the inner electrical devices.2.3 Hardware InstallationPlace Qsep™ Series instrument on a stable platform, and ensure it is away from water and any other high-power electronic devices. Qsep™ Series need to be operated in a clean and well-ventilated environment. Remove the power adapter from the package and attach it with a suitable power cord.When using the portable air pump as the air source, please pay attention to the condensation water that might develop inside the portable air pump. If this occurs, be sure to release the condensation water before using Qsep™ Series. If you need to continuously operate Qsep™ Series, check the air pump every 12 hours to avoid the mist of condensation water damaging the devices of Qsep™ Series.2.3.1Qsep100™ InstallationPrepare a computer with Windows operation system (i.e. Windows 10). Use the supplied USB cable to connect Qsep100™with the computer. Turn ON the power of the computer and Qsep100™and install the operation software,Q-Analyzer™. Wait at least5 seconds✧The green flashing LED shows the instrument is successfully ready forconnection. If not, please repeat the step 4.-Check if the AP source is available from your Wi-Fi network in the computer (Fig. 5).-Find the SSID named with “Qsep1+instrument ID (16 digits) ” and click “Connect” (Fig. 6)-Enter the password:The password will show in the sticker which is behind the instrument. 100%股权暨关联交易的公告
本公司及董事会全体成员保证公告内容真实、准确和完整,没有虚假记载、没有误导性陈述或重大遗漏。

一、关联交易概述
(一)为促进中原大地传媒股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)长远发展,解决与中原出版传媒投资控股集团有限公司(以下简称“中原出版传媒集团”)形成的同业竞争及关联交易,公司拟以现金6,210.63万元收购其所持的河南教育电子音像出版社有限责任公司(以下简称“豫教音像”)100%国有股权,本次股权收购完成后,豫教音像将成为公司的全资子公司,纳入公司合并财务报表范围。

(二)中原出版传媒集团为公司控股股东,豫教音像为中原出版传媒集团的全资子公司,根据《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》相关规定,本次交易构成关联交易。

(三)2020年4月29日,公司七届二十二次董事会会议审议并通过了《关于收购河南教育电子音像出版社有限责任公司100%股权暨关联交易的议案》,表决结果为6票同意,0票反对,0票弃权,关联董事郭元军先生、王庆先生、刘磊先生均回避表决。

公司独立董事对本次关联交易事项事前认可并发表了独立意见。

本次交易不构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产重组,在公司董
事会的审批权限范围内,无需提交股东大会审议。

目前公司已取得相关批复,同意公司收购股权事宜。

关联关系说明:中原出版传媒集团为公司控股股东,持有公司789,231,684股股份,占公司总股份的77.13%。

经过中国执行信息公开网的查询,中原出版传媒集团不是失信被执行人。

三、关联交易标的基本情况

本次交易标的为豫教音像100%股权。

交易标的产权清晰,不存
在抵押、质押及其他任何限制转让的情况,不涉及诉讼、仲裁事项或查封、冻结等司法措施,不存在妨碍权属转移的其他情况。

本次交易完成后,豫教音像将成为本公司的全资子公司,本公司不存在为中原出版传媒集团提供担保、委托其理财的情形,豫教音像也不存在非经营性占用本公司资金等方面的情况。

(五)标的公司审计与评估
1.标的公司审计情况
经中勤万信会计师事务所审计,并出具了《河南教育电子音像出版社有限责任公司财务报表审计报告》(勤信审字【2020】第0475号),截至2019年12月31日,豫教音像的总资产为11,590.94万元,净资产为5,821.75万元。

2.标的公司评估情况
经北京国融兴华资产评估有限责任公司评估,并出具了《中原出版传媒投资控股集团有限公司拟转让股权涉及的河南教育电子音像出版社有限责任公司股东全部权益价值资产评估报告》(国融兴华评报字【2020】第010044号),评估净资产为6,210.63万元。

四、关联交易的定价政策及定价依据
根据《企业国有资产交易监督管理办法》(国务院国资委财政部第32号)的规定,本次交易可通过协议转让的方式进行。

同时根据北京国融兴华资产评估有限责任公司出具的《中原出版传媒投资控股集团有限公司拟转让股权涉及的河南教育电子音像出版社有限责任公司股东全部权益价值资产评估报告》(国融兴华评报字【2020】第010044号),本次关联交易作价以此评估价值6,210.63万元作为交易价格。

五、关联交易协议的主要内容
(一)股权转让价款以评估值为依据,在签订股权转让合同之日起10个工作日内,公司支付80%转让价款。

(二)公司向中原出版传媒集团支付80%股权收购价款后,开始办理股权变更手续,股权变更手续完成后,公司支付剩余款项。

(三)按照税法规定,双方各自承担股权交易涉及的税费。

(四)股权转让过程中发生纠纷,由双方协商解决。

六、关联交易目的以及对公司的影响
(一)有利于公司优化数字教育产业布局
豫教音像长期参与河南省基础教育信息化建设,是河南省教育行政部门指定的为河南省内义务教育阶段师生提供各版本数字教材及相关配套教育资源的服务企业,也是河南省教育行政部门授权的人工智能教育综合管理与服务平台的建设企业。

收购豫教音像有利于公司优化数字教育产业布局;有利于形成数字教材、电子书包、考试与测评完整的在线教育产业架构;有利于形成强强联合,优势互补、共同发展的产业格局,对促进公司转型升级、融合发展意义重大。

(二)有利于解决公司与控股股东形成的同业竞争
根据《关于推动国有股东与所控股上市公司解决同业竞争规范关联交易的指导意见》《上市公司治理准则》等文件要求,以及中原出版传媒集团关于解决同业竞争的相关承诺,明确提出择机将豫教音像资产和业务置入上市公司。

本次收购完成后,将彻底解决公司与控股股东之间的同业竞争问题。

(三)有利于降低公司与控股股东的关联交易
豫教音像与公司所属的河南省新华书店发行集团、大象出版社等
多家单位存在业务关系,股权收购完成后,豫教音像将作为公司的全资子公司,可有效减少和降低关联交易。

七、与关联人累计已发生的关联交易情况
当年年初至本议案审议日,公司与关联人发生的关联交易已按《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》相关规定履行了信息披露义务,不再纳入相关的累计计算范围。

八、独立董事事前认可和独立意见
(一)独立董事事前认可意见
我们一致认为本次关联交易事项符合《公司法》《证券法》以及《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》《公司章程》的相关规定,并积极履行相关审批程序。

本次交易价格参考北京国融兴华资产评估有限责任公司评估报告并协商定价,该评估公司具备所需的专业能力和独立性,定价公允合理。

该项关联交易未损害公司及其他股东尤其是中小股东和非关联股东的利益,我们同意将该事项提交到公司七届二十二次董事会进行审议,同时关联董事需回避表决。

(二)独立意见
本次交易参考北京国融兴华资产评估有限责任公司的评估报告并进行协商定价,该评估公司具备所需的专业能力和独立性,定价公允合理。

董事会表决时有利害关系的关联董事进行了回避,表决程序合法。

本次交易符合《公司法》《证券法》等相关法律法规及公司章程等相关规定,不存在损害公司及其他股东特别是中小股东利益的情形,我们同意该关联交易事项。

(三)独立董事事前认可意见及独立意见;
