在我的理解当中，一名称职的教师，并不单单是学生眼中看到的好老师或者是口中的老师真好。一名称职的教师应该努力处好四个方面的关系，领导、同事、家长与学生。时时刻刻跟随领导的正确方向，与同事之间和谐相处、共同进步，家长们对你的肯定，学生各个方面的进步，四方面的和谐是我这两年努力地方向，可能也是我以后的二十年甚至更多年教师生涯努力地目标，我想未来的我，会是一个不断发展的我，积极努力地我。
