Before you go to the supermarket,you should check to see what you have at home.Look in your refrigerator and freezer.Also be sure to check your kitchen cabinets to see if you have sugar,salt,bread,etc.Then you should make a list of what you anize the list according to the department in the supermarket. For example, list all the dairy products_milk,eggs,butter,etc-together.
