Withstand pulse limit power is calculated by the following method.耐受脉冲限制功率按下式计算: P P =K·P·T/τ
Refer to the right for a fixed number of V Pmax. V P max 请参考右表。
●T>1(s)→ T=1(s). ●Added voltage.施加电压≤V P max 。
●T/τ>100 →T/τ=100. ● P P or V P is reference value. P P 或 V P 为参考值。
● P P <P → P stands for P P . Conditions: Pulse added time 脉冲施加时间=1000h (V P <V R → V R stands for V P ). Resistance change 阻值变化=±5% Room temperature 室温
The peak power is defined as the maximum power dissipated at any point in time regardless of the waveform shape. 峰值功率是指最终耗散在任意点的最大功率 而不论波形。
The pulse waveform, if other than a square wave, must first be converted to an approximated square wave as shown on the right.
如果其他脉冲波形与方波相比,必须先转换为近似 方波,如右图所示。
