1 摘要
1.1 中文摘要
摘要:仿金镀层外观有纯金色、18K以及16K金色。目前国内外广泛应用的仿金镀层,一般采用铜锌合金的方法得到,主要有二元合金(70Cu-Zn,80Cu-Sn)与三元合金(Cu-Zn-Sn)。三元合金颜色光泽优良,应用最广。仿金镀层一般要求底层光亮,而仿金镀液不再添加光亮剂。为装饰用的仿金镀层较薄,一般在1~2um,,只要求在制品表面”着”上一层薄金黄色。这样薄的铜锌合金镀层耐蚀性极差。因此,镀层的耐蚀性主要靠电镀底层来解决,采用镀厚铜打底,再度仿金镀层的方法,获得镀层易“泛红“。故生产中常采用镀亮镍层打底,这样既光亮又有一定硬度,而且表面的仿金层也不易发花。
仿金电镀的镀液有氰化物型、氰化物—焦磷酸盐型、HEDP型和焦磷酸盐型。后两种无氰镀液组成复杂,分散能力不好,维护困难,应用少,氰化物型最稳定,较易控制,镀得的镀层色泽鲜艳、合格率高并可重复反修。以中、低氰镀液应用最广。
电镀仿金层后,为防止变色,除进行适当的钝化处理外,还要涂上一层透明的有机膜。对于一些精巧产品,这层有机膜显得很不协调,因而可在仿金层上再镀一层金。由于金镀层有良好的稳定性,产品不易变色,美观大方,很受欢迎。

2.1 工件名称、材质和尺寸
门铰链、45#钢、工件最大综合吊挂尺寸长×宽×高:90mm×50mm×10mm
表面积:88×2=176 cm2
2.2 镀层要求
采用HEDP(羟基亚乙基二磷酸)仿金电镀工艺
2.3 车间任务和生产纲领
(1)车间任务
本车间负责对45#钢制门铰链进行HEDP(羟基亚乙基二磷酸)仿金电镀工艺
(2)生产纲领
年产量:每年500万个,每个2个零件,年产量为1000万个零件
考虑零件返修和报废,按2%计算,则实际年产量为1020万件
2.4 工作制度和年时基数
(1)工作制度:采用三班制,一、二班每班工作8小时,第三班采用7小时。(2)工作天数:251天(除去双休日)
(3)工人年时基数为全年时间和扣除病、产、事假及探亲等时间损失后的有效工作时间:251×23-(251×23)×11%≈5138h(11%为工人年时基数损失率)
(4)设备年时基数(单班制)为全年工作时间扣除设备检修及其他原因引起的停工时间:251×8-(251×8)×4%≈5543h(4%为设备年时基数损失率)
(5)年产量:1020万件
日产量:10200000/251≈40637件
每小时:40637/23≈1766件

零件→机械抛光→上挂具→碱性化学除油→热水洗→冷水洗→酸腐蚀→冷水洗→预镀铜→回收→冷水洗→镀酸性光亮铜→回收→冷水洗→活化→冷水洗→镀光亮镍→回收→冷水洗→活化→冷水洗→镀Cu-Zn仿金→回收→冷水洗→钝化→回收→冷水洗→热水洗→干燥→浸涂涂料→烘干→下挂具→包装入库
