摘要
随着经济的快速发展,人们的生活节奏不断加快,促进了方便食品的快速发展。而在众多的方便食品中,油炸食品以其口感好、容易保存占有很大的优势。油炸食品的制作过程用到了油炸机,尤其在对生产效率要求很高的今天,油炸食品的制作效率和制作品质对油炸机的依赖和要求也越来越高。
本次研究课题为水滤式油炸机的总体结构设计。论文主要阐述了水滤式油炸机的总体设计思想及总体的结构布置,然后进行了各个组成部分的设计,包括进料系统、动力系统、传动系统和成品的出口的设计。传动系统是本设计的重点,设计中对传动系统中的链轮和轴及轴承进行了设计和校核。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy,the accelerating pace of life of people,and promote the rapid development of convenience food.In many of theconvenient food,fried food with its good taste,easy to save a significant advantage.The process of making fried food used frying machine,especially in the production efficiency requires very high today,fried the manufacturing efficiency and quality of food has become the frying machine dependent andhigher requirements.
Design of the overall structure of the research topic for the water filter typefrying machine.This paper mainly describes the structure of general layoutdesign idea and overall water filter frying machine,and then each part of thedesign,including feeding system,power system,transmission system and the export of the finished product design.The transmission system is the focus of this design,design of chain wheel transmission system and the shaft and the bearing of the design and verification.
