英文口译实习报告
首先我想说的是我对于职业头衔的翻译的一点感受。
由于中西方的文化背景的差异进而造成了对同一事物两种完全不同的看法，这其中称谓就是很重要的地方。
称谓的误解不仅是对有关人员的不尊重，而且会产生种种不良后果。
而要对称谓做出真确的翻译关键是对源语言中称谓有正确的理解。
比如大的职位总统、公司董事，小的职位如大学校长、学院院长等都可以用‘president’来翻译。
但是他们各自还有附属职位或副职，如副校长、副总理或是名誉校长，则需要加上另外不同的词。
另外一方面，口译人员还要牢牢记住有些国家的重要元首，总理、总统或是首相的不同翻译。
此外，还有中国的总书记和总理的翻译。
和称谓翻译相关的另一方面是各种组织、协会或是政府部门的翻译，对这些也要有充分的了解。
像美国的中情局、联邦调查局、有线电视新闻网等，亚太经济合作组织，英美议会的说法等等。
只要对这些常识性知识有所了解，口译人员才能在听到NPC或是CPPCC等缩略词时能迅速做出翻译。
最后，我觉得对这些称谓、组织、协会名称及其缩写的翻译的掌握可以帮助我们在口译中翻译的简洁准确，使听众能听的清楚明白。
第二点我想说一说汉语表达能力对口以能力的巨大影响。
在每年的温总理答记者问的时候温家宝总理侃侃而谈、
引经据典，答话内容简洁明了，却又深刻透彻，感情真挚而又富有文采。
在场的记着观众无不认真聆听、揣摩总理的每一句话。
总理讲话的很有特色的一个方面是引用古语，这就需要口译人员不仅能够通晓天文、历史等各种常识知识还要有较强的汉语表达能力。
今年来全球都刮起一阵中国热，一些中国古谚语和唐诗宋词也越来越对的进入中外文化交流的谈话中，这也给一些一些潜心研究西方文化背景知识而对于中国古代的文化背景知识偏弱的同学提出了更多挑战。
在这次口译中我觉得学到的重要一点是要做好口译就要对母语和源语言两国文化的深入理解。
特别是出现在一现古语、常用语的翻译。
能做好这一点可以避免被内行人笑话，这就需要我们在认真学习谚语、引语的同时，还需要了解英美国家的文化和历史。
掌握好英美国家的文化历史常识可以避免在口译中对许多固定说法丈二和尚摸不着头脑口译人员作为双方交流的桥梁，不单单要求自己能够完全理解双方的话语，更能应用清晰，准确，简明的目标语言予以表达，从而起到衔接作用。
例如搭车时，看到什么就说什么，不断自言自语，将搭车的过程说出来。
由这种练习来形容眼前的每件事物，每天作十次以上这样的练习，将会发现，自己的外语流利了许多。
一些专家建议：刚开始时，先用母语（中文）练习，再用外语来练习及组织。
想到什么，就用一种语言说出来，为的是
训练我们的敏感度。
这种敏感度会在我们自言自语时，组织我们自己语言的语流(speech flow)。
目的：在想到什么讲什么，看到什么就说什么的情况下，磨练我们的语言表达力，跟时间的掌握齐头并进。
在自言自语当中，控制自己的语流，让自己的脑神经细胞都能展开来，跟周遭的事物结合在一起。
做口译时会紧张，往往就是语流掌握得不好。
方法二：阅读口（传）译：(sight translation)定义：一边看，一边翻译。
一边看用甲文字所写出来的文字，用乙文字的语言讲出来。
在政府工作报告中，存在着许多带有强烈中国特色的词汇，比如全面实现九年制义务教育“推进国有农场、林场体制改革”中央财政“三农”支出稳健的货币政策等等，还有就是关于具体的财政数字试想一下如果数字翻译出现丝毫差错和失误，那么就会造成很大的误解，要是在商业中很可能是一笔订单的错失。
我觉得在数字口译中首先要注意汉语和英语不同的数字单位。
英语是三位数字一个单位，而汉语是四个数字为一个单位，这个我们当然都知道。
无论是英汉还是汉译的数字口译，为了避免一丁点的失误，可以先按照源语言语言习惯单位写出相应的阿拉伯数字，然后可以采用画斜线的方式转化的译入语。
这种方式虽然麻烦但是不会产生失误。
另外也可以直接记忆各自语言对应的外语表达法，然后直接写出数字。
数字的翻译简单而繁琐，
简单是应为写在纸上就那么长的一点，难的是读出来、听的时候有点费事。
有人天生对数字不过敏，对于这些人更需要在实践中不断的训练。
只有通过训练大脑一次又一次的接手对于像百万千万或是十亿等数字的刺激，才能在真正做口译时迅速地对数字做出反映，不至于还要想个半天。
另外对于一些变化趋势，我们不仅需要弄清楚具体增长或是减少，而且更需要知道是激增，猛减或是微增、微减或是上下浮动。
因此需要掌握和表示数字趋势的这一类词有所掌握，这一点老师也在课堂上布置了作为课下作业。
翻译中要把握一板一眼的原则，绝对不能马虎。
