介于RS 888 (紫江)车速130m/min 的生产车速，综合分析如下：

Regard to machine speed of RS 888(Zijiang )running at 130m/min , composite analysis as following :

1. 产品质量要求相对较高。提高车速无疑会造成更多问题产生而影响操作工个人收益。Because of top quality

products requirement . they afraid that will get more trouble if increase production speed and then that will affect

operator’s personal benefit or get a fine

2.印刷环境影响。Printing environmental impact.

如：1）由于之前一直开纸张，或许烘箱及相关部件吸附纸削因此在生产过程中经常掉落或吸附在胶辊上影响产品质量；before machine always make production with paper , maybe some paper dust adsorption in different parts of the machine, and it’s affect printing quality by dust adsorption to the sleeve during the production

2）静电大，由于静电消除或导电性能不够，印刷基材吸附了印刷现场脏东西而导致经常发生而影响提速；static is bad ,due to static elimination or poor static conductivity performance ,print film adsorption some dust caused often and affect increased machine speed.

3) 印刷环境太脏，machine is very dirty in many part

3. 版辊质量达不到要求。偶有出现版辊壁薄，或表面处理太粗糙或太光滑等质量缺陷，而导致套印不稳定或刮不净现象；the quality of printing cylinder is not meet the requirements. sometimes happened very light and thin printing cylinder or surface treatment of cylinder is too rough or too smooth quality defects , therefore that’s directly affect instable register /hazing problem happened

4. 上墨系统或墨槽设计结构局限性。根据观察，同样的工艺条件；同样材料和产品但是在富士机上较少出现刀丝；油墨刮不干净；色泽暗淡等问题。分析认为888没有上墨辊,且喷墨嘴喷墨力度太大，容易形成版辊上的油墨转移量或版面润湿度不够或不均匀，因而造成油墨水纹及印刷工艺敏感问题发生（尽管客户在喷墨嘴前加装过滤器，刀丝和水纹现象有所改善，但是工作几天后就必须拆下来清洗过滤网，也是不方便，所以此方法并不是完美解决方案），因此也潜在影响车速及产品质量。Structure of Ink supplier system or ink pan design limitations . with the analyzing result , with same process condition; same material and production on the FUJI machine that is less happened bleeding ;hazing ;dull color problem . in fact the 888 machine don’t have smoothing bar ，due to the inconsistent ink flow is partially too fast and strong from jet nozzle to the underneath of printing cylinder ,these forces are influenced to the uneven ink transfer , also resulting ink wave and printing process sensitive issue happened（although customer put a filter between pump and ink nozzle ,the bleeding and ink wave problem are almost disappear, but that have to dismount and clean after few days working, so it’s inconvenience by operating , that’s not perfect solution ）, such above case is potential influenced machine speed up and printing quality problem consequently . .

5. 风压不是很稳或影响套印。我们曾经对RS 3200和RS 888烘箱风压进行比较发现，RS888风压相对很不稳定。当速度提高，相对风压对套印的影响系数既然会明显增加，从而套印精度敏感度也会随之提高；the wind pressure inside hood is instable or may affect register .we have tried comparison of wind pressure on RS 32000 and RS 888, we found that the wind pressure is very poor condition on RS 888, when increase machine speed ,the register accuracy coefficient influenced increase obviously .

介于以上因素，当每提高车速就很明显对产品质量有直接影响，所以，不同客户不同的产品质量要求和期望值也不同。同样888设备，如果产品质量要求不是很高，印刷车速是可以达到设计范围。

Based on above factors , increase machine speed that will directly affect to the production quality, so different customers the products have different quality and expectation requirements. Same RS 888 machine, if with a bit lower production quality required ,the machine speed can be meet the design speed
