摘要

现今汽车技术迅猛的发展,人们对驾驶汽车的劳动强度越来在意。司机在曲折多弯的路面上行驶,会造成相当大的体力消耗,产生疲劳感。汽车的保有量也是越来越多,汽车行驶安全性也越来越受到重视,汽车转向系统正是汽车行驶时的重要操纵机构,道路上的车辆密集,这就要求汽车的转向不能太重,也不能过于灵敏,使汽车能够在不同的路况和不同的速度下,能够有一个相对来说比较适中的转向力,使得驾驶员和群众的安全得到保障。为了使转向更加轻便,在汽车上以广泛采用助力转向,主要有机械液压助力转向,电子液压助力转向,电子助力转向。液压助力转向系统已经在汽车中普遍使用。为了使汽车在不同的路况和速度下,能够产生相对适合的转向力,电子液压助力转向产生了。此报告主要是针对助力转向中的电子助力转向系统的结构以及一些常见故障的维修方法进行论述。此报告主要对以下几个故障进行论述:转向时异响,转向过重,无转向,方向盘回正过度,左右转向轻重不同,方向盘不能自动回到中间位置,转向时方向盘瞬间转向力增大。根据具体的故障原因来确定解决的方法。

Abstract

Automotive technology rapid development today, people's labor intensity to driving a car is to care. Driver in the twists and turns more curved road driving, can cause considerable physical exertion, fatigue. Car ownership is also more and more, the car driving safety is becoming more and more attention, the automobile steering system is the important operating mechanism, when the car driving on the road vehicles, which requires the cars to not too heavy, can not too sensitive, enable car in different road conditions and different speeds, there can be a relatively modest steering force, that the driver and safety guaranteed. In order to make the turn is more portable, widely adopted in the car with power steering and main have mechanical and hydraulic power steering, electric hydraulic power steering, electronic power steering. Hydraulic power steering system has been widely used in automobiles. In order to make the car under different road conditions and speed, can produce relatively suitable steering force, electric hydraulic power steering. This report is mainly for the electronic power steering power steering system structure, the essay discusses some common faults and maintenance methods. This report mainly discusses of the following faults: steering, sound to overweight, no steering, the steering wheel back is excessive, left and right steering heavy, the wheel cannot be automatically returned to the middle position, steering moment when the steering wheel steering force increased. According to the specific cause of the problem to determine the solution .
