800.606.7628 ScriptPro’s Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systems—the SP 200, SP 100, and SP 50—automate the repetitive, manual dispensing tasks most subject to human error.
The robots dispense filled and labeled vials from dispensing cells that are easily calibrated on-site to handle tablets and capsules of all shapes and sizes. Processing up to 150 prescriptions per hour, the system utilizes a patented robotic arm to dispense pills directly into the vials—eliminating drug cross-contamination. The robot prints and applies the prescription label (including auxiliary labels) and delivers the vial uncapped for final inspection and verification by pharmacy staff. With a 99.46% documented uptime rate, and a counting accuracy of 99.7%, a ScriptPro robot can fill 40-75% of your daily prescription volume.
SP 200
ScriptPro’s SP Unit Dispenser (SPUD) automatically loads, stores, and delivers unit-of-use medications.
SPUD processes up to 200 prescriptions per hour and its integrated barcode scanning station generates prescription labels (including auxiliary labels) on demand. Like all ScriptPro systems, SPUD’s verification screen displays drug and
package images to aid in the inspection process.
SP Unit Dispenser (SPUD)
ScriptPro’s SP Automation Center (SPace) stores and dispenses tablets and capsules as well as unit-of-use medications. The system processes up to 325 prescriptions per hour and is configurable in two sizes.
SPace dispenses filled and labeled vials of tablets and capsules, and uses an integrated barcode scanning station to generate prescription labels (including auxiliary labels) on demand for unit-of-use medications.
Telepharmacy
SPace can also be used as a productive solution for satellite telepharmacy operations. Telepharmacy includes inspection and verification, remote management, counseling, and patient education between a support pharmacy and remote pharmacy locations.
