JCI 集团企业绩效评价体系的案例分析

摘要

随着经济全球化的不断深入和世界制造业的快速发展,中国制造企业面对的竞争已不再是单纯的产品、技术、资本之间的竞争,更多地表现为智力和管理能力等无形的软实力竞争。同时,全球化运营已经成为一种必然的趋势和重要的战略选择。因此,中国制造企业不仅要满足企业发展的普遍要求,还要应对全球化运营的挑战。企业如何做到基于自身发展的战略目标,全面并且准确的评价自身绩效,分析影响企业绩效的驱动因素,持续改进以便获得更为科学有效的管理方式和方法,从而超越客户的期望,这些就变得尤为重要。

企业管理的发展,要求绩效评价系统能够多维度、动态化、系统性的体现决定企业经营成功的主要因素,揭示和改进绩效现状,实现企业可持续发展和战略目标。基于此,本文的研究首先从绩效评价基本理论开始,对绩效评价理论进行了相关分析。然后从我国现代制造业的现状出发,分析制造企业绩效评价体系的特征,并提出适用于制造企业的绩效评价体系。同时,结合自身企业的大量第一手资料,讨论JCI集团企业是如何采纳和不断改进其绩效评价体系。现有的研究内容大多集中于如何结合统计分析方法或模型对企业绩效进行综合评价。但作为一家多样性制造,并拥有众多下属制造工厂的集团,在绩效评价体系中却另辟蹊径,利用信息技术,建立了多层次、多维度,针对不同功能组织的体系。最后,希望借助本文的案例分析达到抛砖引玉的作用,使制造企业更加深入地改革其管理模式,提高绩效管理水平。

ABSTRACT

With the deep-going economic globalization and rapid development of global manufacture industry, the competition for Chinese manufacturers

is not limited to product, technology and capital any longer, it extends to invisible and soft areas, such as administration intelligence and capability. Meanwhile, it becomes necessary and vital for global operation to be a strategic option. As a result, only to meet normal requirement of self-development for Chinese manufacturers is not enough, they need take the challenge of global operation. Based on strategic targets, to get effective administration methods and exceed customers’ expectation, that’s so important for companies to know how to become capable of overall and accurately evaluating operation performance, of analyzing performance drivers and of bringing out continuous improvement.

The administration requirement of performance evaluation is to provide an integrated overview of company operation multi- dimensionally, dynamically and systematically. To discuss the evaluation structure of manufacture, the paper starts from academic theories and recent researches of performance evaluation. Then it introduces current situation of modern manufacture industry, and analyzes its evaluation system features. Through summarizing a great deal of first-hand information of study case, the paper discusses how JCI Corporation sets up and improves its performance

evaluation system. The existing researches mainly focus on statistic methods and model analysis for metrics data evaluation. However, as a multi industry business corporation, with a number of subordinate companies, JCI takes another way: it takes advantages of information technology, and founds a system targeting different function units. Finally, the purpose of this paper is to support industry manufacturers to improve their administration module, and to enhance their performance evaluation level.
