【摘要】车辆的操纵稳定性是评价车辆主动安全性能重要指标之一,对于如何评价车辆稳定性能,是研究车辆安全性能一个非常重要的课题。

四轮独立转向系统车辆能够很好的改善汽车横向动力学特性,本课题的研究是基于四轮独立转向系统控制策略下的操纵动力学特性,对四轮独立转向电动汽车仿真进行了分析和研究。

首先,介绍了燕山大学独立开发设计的四轮独立驱动四轮独立转向(4WID-4WIS)电动汽车硬件结构以及控制系统组成,在此车辆基础上建立整车二自由度动力学线性模型,应用Matlab软件对此线性模型进行离散化处理,得到相应矩阵参数,建立不同速度的离散化模型,为下文控制器模型设计打下基础。

其次,对整车控制器进行设计。

建立不同速度模型下离散模型目标函数,应用Fmincon函数建立控制器优化函数,通过仿真试验验证,确定横摆角速度和质心侧偏角参数最佳组合。

最后,通过仿真实验验证控制器模型正确性。

在Matlab/Simulink模块中建立整车仿真模型,对低速、中高速下直线工况、加减速工况及转向工况分别进行仿真研究,分析车辆质心侧偏角和横摆角速度响应特性变化规律,同时得出车轮转角和车轮纵向力曲线。

仿真试验结果表明,对于四轮独立转向电动车,本文所设计控制器能够很好地改善其操纵稳定性,验证了控制器正确性。

4WS汽车通过后轮直接参与对汽车侧向及横摆运动的控制,不仅减少了转向力产生的滞后,而且能独立地控制汽车的运动轨迹与姿态,使汽车的方向角与姿态角重合,改善了车辆高速时的操纵稳定性和低速时的机动灵活性[1]。

目前,4WS所采用的控制策略基本都是基于线性二自由度模型,围绕着使车辆质心的侧偏角为0,以提高侧向稳定性。

但车辆状态和外界干扰的不确定性直接影响控制系统设计,控制性能往往难以达到设计要求[2]。

对4WS控制系统的研究已逐渐从线性向非线性领域过渡。

笔者在ADAMS中建立四轮转向的多刚体整车动力学模型,进行了四轮转向汽车控制策略研究,提出了比例前馈加模糊反馈的后轮转角控制策略,在Matlab/Simulink设计了四轮转向综合控制器,并基于ADAMS和Matlab联合仿真技术进行了仿真试验。

【摘要】以二自由度整车操纵稳定性研究为基础,建立车身零侧偏角的前馈控制策略对四轮转向车辆实施控制.在NATLAB中建立前轮转向、四轮转向车辆模型,并在角阶跃工况下进行仿真,发现其存在横摆角速度损失的缺陷,提出PID车身横摆角补偿控制策略,通过建模在角阶跃工况下仿真.结果表明:横摆角速度补偿控制策略可较好地解决车辆转向灵敏度的问题.

四轮转向的车辆在低速时,在后轮上附加一个与前轮转角相反的转角,可 以减小车辆的转弯半径。 由阿克曼 (Ackerman) 转向模型即可得出这样的结论[3], 即当前轮转角相同时,四轮转向车辆的转弯半径明显小于前轮转向车辆,使车 辆在低速转弯时更加灵活[4-8]。

1.1 四轮转向原理简介
随着汽车工业的不断发展,改善车辆的操纵稳定性,使驾乘更加舒适和安 全,是现今汽车技术的一个重要发展方向[1]。作为提高车辆操纵稳定性、主动安 全性的四轮转向技术在这种背景下应运而生,并得到了很大的发展。 四轮转向技术能使车辆在转弯时后轮直接参与对车辆侧偏角和侧向运动的 控制,不仅可以减少转向力产生的滞后,而且还能独立地控制车辆的运动轨迹 与姿态[2]。图 1.1 所示为两轮转向与四轮转向的对比[2],其中(a)和(b)为前轮转向 情况,(c)和(d)为四轮转向情况。由图可见,四轮转向车辆的姿态得以控制,车 辆的方向角与航向角重合,提高了车辆的侧向稳定性。

四轮转向[1] (Four-wheel steering, 4WS)作为一种有效
描述系统典型环节,因此十分方便地建立系统模型而不 需要花较多时间编程。并可以对系统作适当的实时修正 或者按照仿真的最佳效果来调试及整定控制系统的参 数,以提高系统的性能,减少设计系统过程中反复修改 的时间,实现高效率地开发系统的目标。本文基于 Matlab/simulink 对四轮转向车辆的控制系统进行了设计, 并对 4WS 车辆的操纵稳定性进行了仿真研究。
1 4WS 车辆运动的数学模型
理论和实验都证明 [3] , 在正常车速范围 (一般意义 的低速到高速)的非紧急状态( low-g,低侧向加速度) 和小操纵转角输入情况下,二自由度车辆横向运动动 力学模型的精度是足够的。 车辆状态量为质心侧偏角 â 和 横 摆 角 速 度 r, 还 研 究 与 它 们 相 关 的 侧 向 加 速 度 & + r ) ,运动方程[4]如下: a y = V (β

●MATLAB对大小写敏感。

(2)数据的显示在MA TLAB工作空间中显示数值结果时,遵循一定的规则,在缺省的情况下,当结果是整数,MATLAB将它作为整数显示;当结果是实数,MATLAB以小数点后4位的精度近似显示。

如果结果中的有效数字超出了这一范围,MATLAB以类似于计算器的计算方法来显示结果。

上个世纪以来世界各国和各大汽车公司以及国内各大科研机构和高等院校纷纷致力于开发清洁节能汽车,混合动力系统已经被证明是现阶段最切实可行的清洁汽车技术。

仿真一直是汽车开发中的一个重要环节,通过合理有效的仿真可以加快汽车开发进度,节约开发成本。

伴随着混合动力技术的发展,其建模和仿真技术也在飞速发展。

2 混合动力车的建模仿真技术混合动力电动汽车仿真的研究是伴随着19世纪60年代几种样车的发展而出现的。

随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机仿真已经是混合合动力汽车设计开发的有力辅助工具,仿真分析有利于深入理解混合动力系统的工作过程,分析控制策略中占主要影响的动力学因素;并可用来分析整车能量消耗和评估整车性能,验证和优化设计方案。

随着研究的深入,国内外已经开发出多款混合动力汽车计算机仿真软件,用以预测一个或者多个领域的性能,如燃油经济性、排放特性、加速性能、爬坡性能。

最著名最先进的混合动力汽车软件是美国国家可回收能源实验室开发的ADVISOR,它基Matlab/Simulink的可视化模块示意图编程环境,具有很大的灵活性,可以对任何类型的混合动力电动汽车或内燃机汽车进行建模。

其它还开发出许多混合动力汽车仿真软件。

这些软件的仿真都是首先计算满足驱动循环要求的功率,然后利用各部件的传动效率计算出总线输出功率。

同时具有绘制输出数据图表或存储仿真中每一时间步长数据的功能。

混合动力系统属于既有连续环节又有时间离散环节的“采样控制系统”,模拟和分析其复杂行为的核心是建立其动态和非线性的仿真模型。

由于混合动力系统本身的复杂性,必须按目标和研究对象的不同建立仿真模型,以兼顾结果的准确性和仿真效率。

目前对混合动力电动汽车的仿真有后向仿真和前向仿真两种基本方法。

在此基础上,采用单位阶跃作为转向执行系统的输入,求出相应的响应。

结果表明,该转向执行系统的性能满足要求,可以实现对目标信号的随动,为改善汽车的转向性能提供了依据。

为了提高四轮转向电动汽车的横向稳定性,本文在前轮转角前馈控制和横摆角速度反馈控制的基础上综合控制四轮转向电动汽车的横向稳定性,并在Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真试验。

关键词:四轮转向电动汽车;横向稳定性;控制策略;Matlab/Simulink;仿真1引言随着人类生活水平的提高与汽车工业的不断发展,人们对汽车的关注重点从拥有汽车转变为汽车的质量与安全性。

汽车安全性能分主动安全性和被动安全性,其中主动安全技术占有尤其重要的地位。

汽车在转弯时容易发生侧滑、甩尾等危险,对电动汽车的横向稳定性进行控制研究非常重要。

本文以四轮转向电动汽车为研究对象。

2四轮转向电动汽车横向稳定性控制前轮转向汽车后轮不参与转向运动,如果转向时汽车的质心侧偏角数值过大,容易使汽车失去横向稳定性。

四轮转向汽车后轮也参与转向,能够有效地减小质心侧偏角,保证其横向稳定性,因此四轮转向能有效提高主动安全性。

低速行驶的汽车,通过增加后轮与前轮转向相反的转角,可减小转弯半径并提高机动性。

由于前后车轮转向角对质心侧偏角的作用相反,高速运行时的效果为质心侧偏角减小,提高了高速横向稳定性。

2.1 二自由度四轮转向模型研究对象可简化成二自由度模型。

只考虑横轴运动以及横摆这两个自由度。

由牛顿第二定律得动力学方程;假设前后轮转角很小;假设轮胎横向力为线性;假设汽车纵向速度维持不变;由轮胎侧偏角的定义可得二自由度转向模型为:2.2横向稳定性控制变量的选择电动汽车横向稳定性控制目标包括:高速运行时,要求质心侧偏角响应值控制在0附近,横摆角速度要比前轮转向控制系统的小低速运行时,要求质心侧偏角响应值较小,横摆角速度要比传统的前轮转向控制系统的大。

所以本文选择质心侧偏角与横摆角速度作为控制变量进行研究。

CarSim作为一款专业的汽车仿真软件,能够为汽车动力学研究提供精确的模型;而Simulink则以其强大的控制系统仿真能力为依托,为四轮转向汽车的控制策略提供强有力的分析工具。

本文将通过理论分析、仿真实验等方法,探讨四轮转向汽车的控制策略及其稳定性,以期为实际车辆的设计与开发提供理论依据和指导。

二、四轮转向汽车控制策略的研究四轮转向汽车的控制策略主要涉及到前轮转向控制和后轮转向控制两部分。

前轮转向控制主要依赖于驾驶员的输入和车辆的当前状态,而后轮转向控制则需根据车辆的行驶状态和驾驶员的意图进行合理分配。

2.1 前轮转向控制策略前轮转向控制策略主要采用传统的PID控制算法,通过调整PID参数,使车辆在各种行驶工况下都能保持稳定的操控性能。

此外,还可以采用模糊控制、神经网络等智能控制算法,进一步提高前轮转向的精度和响应速度。

2.2 后轮转向控制策略后轮转向控制策略是四轮转向汽车的核心部分,其控制效果直接影响到车辆的稳定性和操控性能。

目前,常用的后轮转向控制策略包括:基于规则的控制策略、基于优化的控制策略和基于智能算法的控制策略。

其中,基于优化的控制策略通过优化车辆的操控性能指标,实现后轮转向的合理分配;而基于智能算法的控制策略则能根据车辆的行驶状态和驾驶员的意图,自适应地调整后轮转向的角度和速度。

三、基于CarSim和Simulink的仿真实验为了验证四轮转向汽车的控制策略及其稳定性,本文采用CarSim和Simulink进行联合仿真实验。

首先,在CarSim中建立四轮转向汽车的动力学模型,并设置相应的仿真参数;然后,将CarSim与Simulink进行连接,实现数据的实时交互;最后,在Simulink中搭建四轮转向汽车的控制策略模型,并进行仿真实验。
