小功率机械无级变速器结构设计

摘要

机械无级变速器是一种调速传动装置,该装置能适应自动化和机械化发展需求，并且能改善机械运转过程的性能指标。本文主要详细阐述摩擦式机械无级变速器的机械结构、工作原理、设计方案选取、计算方法、润滑密封及选材等多方面的知识，并由此给出本文中设计的无级变速器的理论的依据。

该装置的传动钢球轴的偏转设计是用一种加压装置来实现推动的，通过改变钢球的半径大小来实现钢球外推式式无级变速器输出轴的转速变化。本文通过研究传动过程中变速装置的钢球，主从动轮和外环的设计原理以及它的受力情况;详细的计算并推导了该种减速传动装置设计的理论公式；并通过设计参数进行了具体的计算设计。完成了所计算的该种传动变速速装置的整体装配图和主要传动零部件的的工程图，通过这些图纸更加直观的将该传动机构的原理和结构等方面的要求表达得更为清晰准确。

这种无级变速器具有非常实用的使用价值同时还有良好的机械结构和性能优势。该种无级变速装置可以进行大规模的批量生产。其主要特点是：1.调速范围空间大；2.功率稳定性强；3.可以完成正反转和升降转速等多种模式进行工作;4.传动平稳，抵抗冲击能力强；5.可以输出较大的功率；6.使用寿命长；7.工作可靠，维修方便。

Abstract

The mechanical stepless transmission is a kind of speed regulating transmission device which can meet the needs of automatic and mechanized development, and can improve the performance index of mechanical operation process.This article mainly elaborated the friction type mechanical stepless transmission of mechanical structure, working principle, design scheme selection, calculation method, lubrication, sealing and material aspects of knowledge, and thus given in this article, the design of stepless transmission theory basis.

The device of the steel shaft deflection design is to use a pressure device to realize the drive, by changing the radius of the size of the steel ball steel ball extrapolation try stepless transmission output shaft speed changes. In this paper, the design principle of the driving wheel and outer ring and its stress are studied by studying the steel ball in the transmission process. This kind of stepless variable speed device can be used for mass production.Its main features are:1. The scope of speed regulation is large; 2. Strong power stability; 3.
