摘要
本设计是1200t/d焦化废水的处理设计,在本设计的原水含有化学需氧量COD Cr为2800-4000mg/L,生化需氧量BOD5800-1200mg/L,悬浮物SS200-500mg/L, pH6-9, 氨氮NH3+-N300-800mg/L。处理后水质要求达到《污水综合排放标准》。
本设计选定了A2/O(厌氧—缺氧—好氧)处理工艺对焦化废水进行处理。通过格栅、气浮浮选去除油粒等杂质,然后再通过A2/O 生化法进行脱氮处理,生化出水进入混凝反应器进一步去除COD,经过后续的平流沉淀池和混凝沉淀池处理后,保证出水水质符合要求。而污泥则统一交于专业的环保公司处理。
经过处理后,出水将会达到化学需氧量COD C=60mg/;生化需氧量BOD5=20mg/L;悬浮物SS=20mg/L;氨氮NH3+-N =15mg/L;pH =6-9。符合本设计要求的标准。
通过设计计算确定了各构筑物的尺寸以及设备的选型,对系统的操作和控制做出说明,并对此项目投资及运行费用作出了概算。
经过计算,本设计的土建费用达到134832.48元,设备费用达到250500元。总投资费用为385332.48元。本设计的运行费用为1.16元/吨废水。
从技术、经济指标上看,本设计是可行的。

Abstract

1 前言
1.1焦化废水与焦化废水处理方案
1.1.1焦化废水的特点
焦化废水主要成分有挥发酚、矿物油、氰化物、苯酚及苯系化合物、氨氮等,属于污染物浓度高,污染物成分复杂,难于治理的工业废水之一。
(1)酚含量高
废水中酚含高,有的高达2~12g/L。由于酚的可生化性差,需用萃取法或其它物化法进行预处理加以回收利用。当它的含量高时,还是有很大的回收价值。
(2)氨氮含量高
焦化废水中氨含量高,有时高达2000mg/L。高浓度的氨不仅难以用生化法去除,而且其对生化处理单元有一定的毒害作用,严重时可杀死活性污泥,破坏整个生物处理系统。因此,该高含氨氮废水在进入污水处理站之前,要设蒸氨预处理过程。
经过蒸氨预处理的废水氨氮浓度在100~300mg/L左右,如果要处理到国家一级排放标
