重要提示Important Tips
■储油柜运输前必须充气压将波纹补偿器压合，防止振动损伤！（方法见附注1）■没有充压的波纹储油柜不能运输！
■到现场未处于充压状态的波纹储油柜不能安装！
●Corrugate pipe must be pressed with gas charging before delivering oil
conservator to prevent damages due to vibration!（See Annotation1）
●Corrugate conservator without gas pressing cannot be delivered!
●Corrugate conservator without gas pressing cannot be installed at site!
变压器用波纹储油柜是新一代全密封型储油柜，是胶囊式和隔膜式储油柜的更新换代产品，具有密封性好、使用寿命长、免维护、安装方便等特点，适用于各类油浸式变压器、电抗器和电容器等电力设备。

Corrugate oil conservator for transformer is a kind of new-generation full-sealing type conservator,which is the substitutive product of capsule type and diaphragm conservator.Such oil conservator is characterized with good sealing performance,long-life,no maintenance and convenient installation,etc.,and thus it is suitable to apply for power equipment such as all types of oil immersed transformer,reactor and capacitor,etc.
一、工作原理Principle of operation
BG外油式波纹储油柜采用先进的超柔性不锈钢波纹补偿器作为容积补偿元件和隔离密封元件，在彻底隔绝空气及湿气的条件下，实现对变压器绝缘油的体积补偿。

如图1所示，波纹补偿器是一个内腔与大气相通的气囊，放置于绝缘油中，储油腔通过下部连接口与变压器油箱相通。

波纹补偿器内腔通过呼吸口与外界大气相通。

当绝缘油随温度变化产生体积膨胀或收缩时，促使波纹补偿器伸缩，从而改变柜内油腔大小，实现对绝缘油的体积变化补偿。

储油柜各部件的名称及作用参见图1所示。

BG external oil type corrugate conservator adopts with advanced super-flexible stainless steel corrugate pipe as capacity compensation element and isolation seal element,and volume compensation for insulating oil of transformer is realized under complete insulation of air and moisture conditions.As shown in figure1, corrugate pipe is an air bag connecting inner cavity to atmosphere,which is placed in insulation oil.Oil conservator is connected to oil tank of transformer through bottom connector.Inner cavity of corrugate pipe is connected to outer atmosphere through breath vent.When volume of insulation oil expanses or shrinks as the changes of oil temperature,it makes the corrugate pipe extend or shrink,and thus changes the volume of oil chamber in the conservator,realizing the volume compensation for insulation oil.Designation and function of all parts of oil conservator refer to figure1.
二、主要性能参数Main Performance Parameters
1.储油柜容积常用范围0.1~12m3（约合20℃油重90~10740kg），适用于变压器总油重不大于120T，
电压1000KV以下，容量1000MV A以下的各类大中型变压器及其它电力设备。

2.波纹补偿器使用寿命按30年设计，并采用外油式结构，无凝露生成，产品能实现免维护。

3.波纹补偿器耐压能力为±0.1MPa，完全满足全真空注油要求。

4.波纹补偿器工作时对绝缘油产生的最大反力小于0.005MPa，不影响变压器正常保护装置的设定。

●Common volume range of conservator is from0.1m3to12m3(oil weight about90-10740kg at20℃),
which is suitable for various types of large-medium transformer and other power equipment with total oil weight of transformer not more than120tons,voltage less than1000KV and volume less than1000MV A.
●Life service of corrugate pipe is up to30years.
●Pressure-proof capacity of corrugate pipe is from-0.1MPa to+0.1MPa,with which full-vacuum oil
injection may be realized.
●Max.pressure onto insulation oil is less than0.005MPa when corrugate pipe is working.
三、产品到货验收Check upon delivery
1．检查产品运输途中是否处于充压状态，方法：
a.看油位指示是否如右图所示；
b.打开排气管口时是否有强烈气流喷出。

2．储油柜表面状态检查。

检查是否有撞伤、明显变
形等缺陷。

3．主机及附件清点。

（见供货单）
4．文件检查。

资料袋中应有以下文件：产品说明书、
出厂检验报告、供货单、油位—油温曲线标牌及
合同要求的其它产品资料。

●Check if product is delivered with gas pressing by the
following methods:
a.See whether oil level is indicated as shown in right
figure.
b.Whether there is strong gas flow out when opening
exhaust vent.
●Check the quantity of main machine and accessories.
(See supply list)
●Check surface of conservator.Check whether there are
any defects such as collision damage and obvious transforms,etc.
●Check documents.Document bag contains the following documents:product instruction manual,ex-works inspection report,supply list,oil level–oil temperature curve plate and other documents required in the contract.
四、产品型号及选用方法Product model and selecting method

五、储油柜安装和注油Installation&oil injection of conservator
1．配件和工具准备：准备与储油柜连接的阀门、连管、螺栓及胶垫等配件。

施工设备及工具：注滤油机、气泵及常用工具如扳手、手锤等。

Preparation for fittings and tool:Prepare the fittings for connecting to oil conservator such as butterfly valve, connecting tube,bolt and cushion,etc.Tool:air pump,oil injection machine and common tools such as spanner,hand hammer,etc.
2．储油柜安装前准备
①拆除黄色护板→②释放气压→③展开波纹管
Preparation before installing conservator:
①Dismantle yellow guard plate→②Release gas pressure→③Unfold corrugate pipe
3.储油柜安装The conservator i nstallation
●储油柜吊装落位，连接好与变压器相通的管路。

●将注油管和排气管连至变压器下部，并连接密封可靠
的阀门；（见右图）
●将极限油位报警装置控制线路接好，连接方法见本节
条目6；
●安装完毕，准备注油。

●Handle conservator into position,and connect the pipes
to transformer well.
●Connect oil injection pipe and exhaust pipe to the bottom
of transformer and then connect reliable sealing valve.
(see right figure)
●Connect control circuit of limit oil level alarm device,
refers to clause6.
●Complete installation and prepare for oil injection.
4．注油程序Normal Proces of Oil Injection
注油→定油位→排气→调整油位
Oil injection →P ositioning oil level →G as discharge →Adjusting oil level
①注油Oil injection
打开呼吸口及排气口阀门，从变压器本体或注油口向储油柜内注油
Open the breath vent and the exhaust vent,injected through transformer or oil injection vent
②定油位Positioning oil level
注油后油位指示不断升高，当指示窗油位刻度达到与油温对应的数值时，关闭呼吸口。

继续注油，直至储油柜内空气排净。

According to the spot actual oil temperature,Finds out the oil level which according to the oil level-oil temperature curve should move decides,Close the breath vent the instruction window oil level scale division achieves this value.
※注：1．图中温度为现场实际油温（平均）；
2.根据产品使用地区的最低环境温度选择对应的曲线a、b、c、d（之一），以横坐标油温对
应纵坐标油位；
3．储油柜油位计是通过与波纹补偿器活动端面相连的金属带做传导，波纹补偿器伸缩时产生窗口刻度的变化，显示0~10的油位，0为最低油位，10为最高油位，见本页上图。

※Note:The oil indicator is connected by means of a metal strip in the corrugate pipe end.When the corrugate pipe expanding or shrinking,its window scale shows0-10oil level.0is the lowest oil level,and10is the highest oil level.See Figure2for the relationship curve between oil level and oil
temperature of transformer.Confirm oil level according to Figure2or curve plate,and oil index should be consistent with the curve index that is corresponding to the actually measured oil temperature of transformer.
③排气Gas discharge④调整油位Adjusting oil level
首次注油后静置1～2小时，然后再次排净打开呼吸口检查油位，并将油位调整到与油温储油柜内气体对应
After for the first time oil injection,keep stationary Open the breath vent,check oil level and adjusting for1～2hours.Discharge all gas in the chamberof level according to the oil temperature.

※注油完毕后，将储油柜置于工作状态：呼吸口常开，排气口、注油口可靠密封。

※Place conservator in working condition after completing oil injection:normally the breath vent is opening,while the exhaust vent and oil injection nozzle are sealed reliably.
5.注意事项Attentions
●储油柜吊装落位时，注意防止碰撞筒体及油位视窗；
●注油过程中，应将储油柜油腔内气体排净，以免形成假油位。

排净气体的标准是：排气口连续稳定
出油。

排净气体后，排气口阀门及注油口阀门关闭，同时用盖板可靠密封；
注：储油柜内滞留的气体因受热膨胀系数远大于绝缘油，将严重减少补偿空间。

●储油柜的工作状态应是：呼吸口阀门常开，排气口、注油口阀门关闭。

●When handling conservator,pay attention to barrel and oil level glass to prevent collision damage;
●After completing normal process of oil injection,discharge all gas in the oil chamber of conservator to
avoid forming false oil level.The standard of discharging all gas is that oil is continuously and stably coming out of the exhaust vent.After discharging all gas,close discharge valve and oil injection valve and at the same time reliably seal them with guard plate;
Note:due to heating,expansion coefficient of gas left in conservator is far more than that of insulating oil, which may reduce compensation space seriously.
●Working condition of conservator is that the valve of breath vent is normally open and the valves of
the exhaust vent and oil injection nozzle are close.
6．油位报警信号连接
储油柜可按用户要求配置极限油位报警信号输出端子
接线方法见右下图
其报警信号触点开关参数如下：
额定电压：380V AC220V DC
额定电流：1A
●Oil level alarm signal connection
Limit oil level alarm signal output terminal may be
configured on conservator according to customer’s
requirements.
Connecting method refers to right figure
Contact point switch parameters of its alarm signal
are as follows:
Rated voltage：380V AC220V DC
Rated current：1A
六、附注Annotation
1．储油柜运输前充气压合方法
为防止运输途中波纹管颠簸受损，在储油柜出厂运输前必须向柜内充气将波纹管压合固定。

充气方法见下图。

●Charged pressure-in method before delivering oil conservator
In order to prevent the corrugate pipe from damaging during transportation,gas must be charged into the cabinet to fix the corrugate pipe before delivering the conservator.Gas charging method refers to the following figure.
充气要求：从排气口充入干燥空气（或氮气），压力达到约0.04MPa，停止充气，快速封闭排气口！Charging requirement:Dry air(or nitrogen)should be charged from exhaust vent.When the value indicated on pressure qauge reaches0.04MPa,stop charging and close the exhaust vent quickly.
2．储油柜排气和调整油位
运行后的储油柜若出现油位偏高或偏低时，应及时排气和调整油位。

（方法见下图）
●Gas discharge of conservator and oil level adjustment
When oil level is a little higher or lower during operation,the gas should be discharged and the oil level should be adjusted in time.(Method refers to the figure below)
排气和调整油位后，储油柜置于工作状态：呼吸口阀门常开，排气口、注油口阀门关闭。

After discharging gas and adjusting oil level,conservator is in working condition:the breath vent valve is normally open while the exhaust vent valve and the oil injection valve are close.
3．油位远传信号连接（接线见右图）
根据用户要求需要配置油位远传功能的储油柜
其信号触点开关参数如下：
输入电压：24V DC
输出信号：4~20mA
接线方法如下：
1号端子：24V/DC电源正端输入
2号端子：变送器4～20mA输出正端
3号端子：24V/DC电源负端及变送器4～20mA输出负端
●Connection of oil level transmission signal from remote
(connecting method refers to the right figure)
The conservator with remote transmission of oil level will
be disposed according to the customer’s requirements.
The parameters of the switch for its signal contact point
are as follows:
Input voltage:24V DC
Output signal:4～20mA
Load resistance:250Ω
Connecting method is as follows:
No.1terminal:24V/DC power positive end input
No.2terminal:transmitter4~20mA output positive end
No.3terminal:24V/DC power negative end and transmitter4~20mA output negative end
