如何让更多的教师在课堂教学中共享这些成果,带动广大教师提高自己的课堂教学质量和自身素质?我们做了四级探索,首先先是学校层面的集体备课,然后到乡镇层面的集体备课,再到片区集体备课,最后集全区优秀教师在高效课堂教学研究基础上进行备课,目的就是集思广益,资源共享。
在教学设计的征集中,我区先后有近千名教师积极参与,他们投入了巨大的热情,奉献出在教学中最为成功的鲜活案例,本套丛书是集体智慧的结晶,是广大教师共同努力的成果。
在丛书使用过程中,我们还将不断更新、优化,把更好的优秀的课堂教学案例及时整理,充实到我们的“小学高效课堂研究与应用”系列丛书中来,使这套丛书不断完善,力求每一篇教学设计实用,逐步达到精品。
丛书提供了很多优秀的素材和良好的施教方略,可供教师们直接参考使用,这样做的目的就是将广大教师从繁忙的备课中解脱出来,使教师有更多的时间和精力上课,有足够的时间反思,进而提升自身教育教学素质,把“优质课”变成为“常态课”,把高效课堂理念、方法和措施,运用到平常的教学过程中,从而全面提高我区的教育教学质量。

这个阶段儿童思维发展开始从具体形象思维向抽象逻辑思维过渡,但他们的抽象逻辑思维在很大程度上仍然直接与感性经验相联系,仍有很大的不自觉性和具体形象性。
在教学中,我会通过各种活动、练习,让学生感知所学知识。
突出以学生为主体,倡导体验参与,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,以学生的发展为宗旨,注意分层教学,引导学生积极运用所学英语进行表达和交流,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯。
2、教学内容分析本课的内容共有两部分。
第一部分主要是以Li Ming 为主线介绍Li Ming一家人在一起喜欢从事的活动和趣事,从而延伸到运用句型What does your family like to do? My family likes to …和We like to …介绍自己的family fun. 理解We like to …和My family likes to …的意思是一样的, 可以替换使用。
第二部分,语音学习是让学生通过认读单词,发现ay/ai/a都发/ei/并能够根据这个规则,认读含有ay/ai/a的单词。
教学目标1. 知识与技能目标(1)听懂、会说、认读、书写以下词汇:family, film, we,理解运用短语watch a film(2)听懂、会说、认读并运用句型:What does your family like to do? My family likes to… We like to…(3)学生通过听例词发音,观察和学习ay/ai/a在单词中的发音规律并根据这个规律读出含有这些字母或字母组合的单词。

T: But how does Danny describe Miss Zhang?听第二、三幅图,补充上kind和strict.学习单词strict.再问学生why is Miss Zhang strict? 让学生仔细阅读、观察第三幅图和对话找出答案。

Miss Zhang 也正在给她的老师Mr Wang制作贺卡,并且拿出Mr Wang年轻时的照片,说他那时很年轻,Jenny说他那时很强壮,Danny说他的头发很黑,Jenny问Mr Wang 旁边的小女孩是谁,Miss Zhang说是她,她那时9岁,又矮又瘦,Danny说很有趣。

4、出示第四幅图,教师指着图片中Mr Wang旁边的小女孩问:“Who’s this little girl?”What was she like?学生小组合作找出答案。
5、听录音模仿跟读课文两遍。
6、多媒体呈现 Miss Zhang小时候和现在照片,让学生对比描述。
Let’s talk.1、幻灯片出示Mr Wang现在和以前的两幅图片,让学生小组合作进行描述。
2、幻灯片出现Let’s talk 中的四幅图片,老师先以第一幅图为例描述,后面3幅让学生同桌对比第五页的活动2进行讨论,然后让一学生起来描述,其他同学抢答猜是谁。
然后以开火车形式描述四幅片。
Let’s do.先由老师示范,将自己将各个年龄段的照片制成成长册,向同学们介绍,然后学生四人一组进行交流与展示,向小组成员介绍自己不同年龄段的外貌及性格特征,然后向全班展示。
