Water Testi ng Laboratory 实验室
The laboratory shall be sized, and have facilities and equipme nt n ecessary to perform, operati onal and
distributi on test ing in accorda nee with applicable codes, sta ndards, safety requireme nts and state-of-
the-i ndustry practice. Operati onal test ing shall in clude the performa nee of tests, in accorda nee with
Stan dard Methods procedures, n ecessary for con trolli ng day-to-operatio ns so that the pla nt will be in
con forma nee with performa nee requireme nts. Operati onal testi ng in eludes all testi ng required to
determ ine con forma nee except heavy metal or trace eleme nt testi ng. Distributio n testi ng shall in
clude laboratory test ing of samples from the distributi on n etworks, in accorda nee with GOL requireme nts
and Stan dard Methods procedures, n ecessary for determ ining that water delivered to the taps meets the
applicable codes and sta ndards.
实验室应当具有必要的设备与分析仪器来按照有关标准与业界惯例进行运行测试
(Operational testing ) 与分布测试( Distribution testing 运行测试
包括效果测试，效果测试应当满足标准方法程序 以满足水厂每日
的控制设置，
保证水处理结果符合标准。

不包括重金属与微量元素测试。

分布测试应当包括从配水网络中提取样本的实验室测试， 托政府的有关规定，该测试用来确定处理后的自来水水质是否达到要求。

The water testi ng laboratory desig n shall be in accorda nee with BS3202 and ISO sta ndards.
All laboratory equipme nt and furnishings shall be of the highest quality for the service inten ded, state-
of-the-i ndustry, complete for the tests and uses to be performed, and in con forma nee with applicable
codes and sta ndards. The laboratory shall be supplied complete and ready for use. Sufficie nt supplies and
reage nts shall be provided for five years of testi ng.
实验室设计要求应当满足BS3202以及ISO标准。

Appropriate forms shall be devised for maintenance of water treatme nt records for water usage, process operati ons and an alytical test data. The works shall be provided with automatic measureme nt of raw water in flow and treated water outflow with cumulative flow totalisers.
