1.5inch RGB OLED Module用户手册产品概述本产品是1.5寸彩色OLED显示屏,分辨率为128*128,带有内部控制器,支持4-wireSPI和3-wire SPI进行控制。

本模块选择了4wire-SPI和3wire-SPI作为通信方式,减小模块的面积,同时节省了控制器的IO资源。

4WIRE-SPI通信协议在4wire-SPI通信中,先将DC置1或置0,再发送一个或多个字节的数据。

当DC置1时,发送的字节将作为显示数据存入SSD1351的SRAM中,作为显示数据。

General Precautions6.1. Safety1.Liquid crystal is poisonous. Do not put it in your mouth. If liquid crystal touches yourskin or clothes, wash it off immediately by using soap and water.2.The temperature for use is no more than 80 C, otherwise, only promise the functionis OK, but the quality may be changed.6.2. Handling1. The LCD panel is plate glass. Do not subject the panel to mechanical shock or toexcessive force on its surface.2. The polarizer attached to the display is easily damaged. Please handle it carefullyto avoid scratch or other damages.3. To avoid contamination on the display surface, do not touch the module surfacewith bare hands.4. Keep a space so that the LCD panels do not touch other components.5. Put cover board such as acrylic board on the surface of LCD panel to protect panelfrom damages.6. Transparent electrodes may be disconnected if you use the LCD panel underenvironmental conditions where the condensation of dew occurs.7. Do not leave module in direct sunlight to avoid malfunction of the ICs.6.3. Static Electricity1. Be sure to ground module before turning on power or operating module.2. Do not apply voltage which exceeds the absolute maximum rating value.6.4. Storage1. Store the module in a dark room where must keep at 25±10℃ and 65%RH or less.2. Do not store the module in surroundings containing organic solvent or corrosivegas.3. Store the module in an anti-electrostatic container or bag.6.5. Cleaning1. (2) Do not disassemble or modify the module. It may damage sensitive parts inside LCD module, and may cause scratches or dust on the display. KINSOON does not warrant the module, if customers disassemble or modify the module. (3) If LCD panel is broken and liquid crystal spills out, do not ingest or inhale liquid Crystal, and do not contact liquid crystal with skin. If liquid crystal contacts mouth or eyes, rinse out with water immediately. If liquid crystal contacts skin or cloths, wash it off immediately with alcohol and Rinse thoroughly with water. (4) Disconnect power supply before handling LCD module (5) Refrain from strong mechanical shock and /or any force to the module. (6) Do not exceed the absolute maximum rating values, such as the supply voltage variation, input voltage variation, variation in parts’ parameters, environmental temperature; etc otherwise LCD module may be damaged. It’s recommended employing protection circuit for power supply. (7) Do not touch, push or rub the polarizer with anything harder than HB pencil lead.
