私募股权投资作为我国投资市场的新兴产物，经过10多年的发展，已成为资本市场中企业融资的重要渠道之一。近些年国家积极推动多层次资本市场的建立，大力发展场外市场。2013年1月全国中小企业股份转让系统成立，标志着全国性场外市场进入高速发展阶段。与此同时，作为重要补充的股权市场在全国范围内涌现，暴露出重复建设、同质化、经营效率低下等发展问题。股权市场为中小微企业服务提供金融支持，对经济转型升级具有重要作用。文章通过比较分析、实证分析等方法研究广东股权市场。

首先，大致阐述了私募股权的定义和特点。再者，分析通过广东省经济特点及中小微企业融资难问题，阐述私募股权市场对中小微企业发展的重要促进作用，并重点研究广东省三个股权市场的融资措施、效果、及发展方向。在多个方面的深入研究以及国内外横向比较分析的基础上，系统地提出广东股权市场的未来发展建议：需采用市场化运作方式，建立多层次的股权市场且股权市场内部的多层次化；完善顶层设计和制度建设，搭建完善的监管体制。

Abstract

Private equity investment as a new product of China's investment market, after more than 10 years of development, has become one of the important channels of corporate finance in the capital market.
