设定背压: 100(黑色材料)~150 bar (透明材料)
Set the decompression: 12-14% of screw diameter.

检查所有的参数是否合适,同时在啤机的监视视窗中看制程是否稳定

Increase mass and fixed mould temperature if injection pressure is too high.
如注射压力过高,提高熔体温度和定模的温度 Find the switch over point 找到合适的切换点 Make the injection speed test 进行注射速度试验(粘度测试) Find the switch over point. 找到合适的切换点 Filling balance analysis(流道平衡测试) 如超出PCM内部标准15%,则终止优化
Increase the first steps of holding pressure until there are no sink marks in the last filling area of the part.
增加首(几)段保压压力直到产品最后填充的部位没有缩水痕
Increase the middle steps of holding pressure if there are sink marks between the gates and the last filling area. 如果在浇口和最后填充部位之间的地方有缩水痕,增加中间段的保压压力 Make the holding pressure time test.进行保压时间试验(封口测试) Optimize the clamping force(at first, suggest seting from the nominal + 10%). 优化锁模力(建议先设定为理论估算值+10%, 然后再根据实际情况进行调整) Set the moving speeds: 100%. 设定模具开合速度(100%) Find the shortest possible cooling time 找到最短的冷却时间 Increase the plastisizing speed and the decompression speed if it is needed. 如果有需要,增加塑化速度和防涎行程 Check the switch over point.检查切换点 Measure the main dimensions of the parts for reference. 测量产品重要尺寸 Fill the "Optimized Parameters"-form.填写“优化参数”表 Check all parameters and monitor the process stability in the monitoring window of press.
