建议信
第一段：开门见山，点明写作的目的 是建议。 第二段：说明提建议的理由及采取的 具体措施，注意表达的层次性、条理 性。 第三段：书信的结尾，通常要用客套 话来表示礼貌和祝愿或希望自己的建 议对对方有帮助。
建议信除了遵循书信的格式之外，还 要求在信中针对别人的问题，给出自 己的观点及解决办法，常用句式：
