Conecte la resistencia de terminal CAN (paso) en el módulo previsto para ello del PLC deorden superior (véase al respecto el capítulo 2.2.3 Componentes de hardware necesarios adicionales).2. Conecte el cable CAN a la resistencia de terminal CAN (paso).3. Conecte la línea CAN con la conexión de la parte trasera de la fuente de corrientePS2000.4. Conecte el bus CAN a la PS2000 con la resistencia de terminal prevista para ello;véase al respecto también en caso necesario el manual de instrucciones de la fuentede corriente PS2000.5. Ajuste el número nodal de la PS2000 según el ajuste especificado en el software delPLC de orden superior.6. Establezca el circuito de parada de emergencia de la PS2000 así como todo el restode conexiones de los aparatos adicionales como se describe en los manuales deinstrucciones correspondientes.El sistema está instalado.5345Funcionamiento5.1Puesta en servicioPara accionar el sistema deben cumplirse los siguientes puntos:- Los interruptores principales de las fuentes de corriente conectadas PS2000 deben estar conectados.- El circuito de parada de emergencia debe estar conectado correctamente.- Las líneas de bus CAN deben estar conectadas, los dos extremos deben finalizar con resistencias terminales y las dirección de bus CAN debe estar ajustadacorrectamente en la parte posterior de la fuente de corriente.- La velocidad en baudios de la fuente de corriente es de 500 kBd. Esto debetenerse en cuenta en la programación del control de orden superior y ajustarsecorrectamente.- El suministro de gas del generador de plasma debe estar presente.- Todos los aparatos/componentes conectados adicionalmente deben estar bien conectados.Si se cumplen estos puntos, podrá controlar su proceso de plasma con el PLC de ordensuperior.Tenga en cuenta que para operar el generador de plasma es imprescindible que sedisponga de un flujo de gas. Optimize printing conditions (e.g., nozzle diameter, printing speed, printing pressure, temperature, cell density) for the features of your 3D printer and for your application to ensure successful bioprinting. The suggestions below can guide you.Reduce bubble formation. If the bioink has air bubbles, the bubbles may hamper bioprinting. Carefully handle the bioink when you mix and transfer it to avoid bubble formation. Do not vortex or shake vigorously.Aseptic techniques. Follow standard aseptic handling techniques when you prepare and print the bioink, and during cell culture.Cell density. Resuspend the cell pellet to the appropriate volume for the desired printed structure and cell density. Typical cell density for extrusion-based bioprinting is 1 to 5 × 106 cells/mL. For example, each 10-mL bottle contains enough material to print a 30-µLstructure in each well of three 96-well plates or a 100-µL structure in each well of four 24-well plates.ProcedureA. Prepare bioink1.Warm the 10-mL bottle of TissueFab® bioink (Gel)ma UV/365 nm in a water bath or incubator set to 37 °C for30 minutes or until the bioink becomes fluid, so that it is easy to pipette.B. Prepare bioink-cell solution1.Centrifuge the cell suspension to obtain a cell pellet. Remove the supernatant carefully so that the cell pellet isnot disrupted.2.Resuspend the cell pellet at the desired cell density with the bioink solution by gently and slowly pipetting upand down several times. Ensure the cells are evenly distributed in the bioink solution by gently and slowly pipetting up and down several more times. Avoid creating air bubbles. DO NOT vortex or shake vigorously. Be careful not to dilute the bioink solution with cell culture medium because the medium might interfere with the printability of the bioink.3.Pipette the bioink-cell solution into the desired printing cartridge. This step creates a filled printing cartridge.4.Place the remaining bioink in a foil bag or wrap in aluminum foil and store at 4 °C to protect from heat andlight.C. Bioprint1.Cool the filled printing cartridge to 14-16 °C using a “temperature-controlled printhead”, if available, or placethe cartridge in 4 °C refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to induce gelation.2.Follow the manufacturer’s 3D printer instructions. Load the print cartridge onto the 3D printer and printdirectly onto a Petri dish or into multi-well plates. Adjust the flow rate according the nozzle diameter, printing speed, printing pressure, and temperature.ExamplePrinter: Cellink BIO X™ or Cellink INKREDIBLE™ printerTemperature: 15 °CFlow rate (speed): 10 mm/sNozzle: 22G TT tapered needlePressure: 95-105 kPaD. CrosslinkPlace the light source directly above the 3D-bioprinted structure and expose the structure to light (recommended settings: wavelength - 365 nm; irradiance – 10 mW/cm2; exposure – 90s). Use the appropriate distance and exposure time based on your light source. For low-intensity light sources usually available in desktop bioprinters, such as Cellink™ bioprinters (Bio X™ and INKREDIBLE™ printers), distances of 3 cm or less and exposure times of 120s or more are recommended.The 3D-bioprinted structure is ready for culture or analysis immediately after crosslinking is done.E. Culture cells.Culture the bioprinted tissue with the appropriate cell culture medium following standard tissue culture procedures.Troubleshooting1. Bioink is incubated at 37°C for 30 minutes, but it is still gel.Possible reasons – Malfunction of incubator; bioink is crosslinked due to light exposure.Solution – Make sure the temperature of incubator / water bath is correct and make sure the bioink bottle is properly and evenly heated in the incubator/water bath. Do not expose the bioink to light before printing.2. Air bubble is trapped in the middle of bioink in the cartridge.Possible reason – Air bubble was created during transferred or when cells were dispersed in the bioink.Solution - Warm the cartridge at 37°C for 5–10 minutes or until the bioink becomes fluid. 粉末冶金技术具有节能、省材、性能优异、产品精度高、且稳定性好等一系列优点，部分用传统铸造方法和机械加工方法无法制备的材料和复杂零件也可用粉末冶金技术制造。

如今，汽车行业中粉末冶金制成的结构零件装配占据了重要位置，有时往往还需要将粉末冶金零件与其他材料相连接，制成一体零件。

其中铆接因连接变形小、对连接环境要求低、操作方便，在批量生产的无须拆卸的装配体零部件产品上被广泛运用，特别适合薄件连接。

本文将研究粉末冶金零件铆接的工艺方法，并用实例来证实粉末冶金件铆接的可行性。

2 产品应用环境介绍本文介绍的是某汽车变速箱驻车系统零件，零件由异形粉末冶金件、薄壁冲压件、向心滚针轴承总成组成，见图1。

该零件主要工作原理是通过异形粉末冶金件沿轴心旋转，而使其凸轮结构实现相应功能，薄壁冲压件的内壁作为滚针轴承的滚道面，该零件与粉末冶金件采用过盈配合。

根据产品设计要求，旋转过程中要防止薄板冲压件从粉末冶金件中松脱。

该组件在台架试验中不能发生冲压件脱出粉末冶金件从而影响产品旋转功能，导致发生故障。

该产品初期设计时采用薄板冲压件和粉末冶金件压装的方式，配合方式为过盈配合，试制产品在台架试验中有松脱现象，为防止在运行过程中冲压件与粉末冶金件分离，需采用特定的方式连接，由于两种零件的含碳量均高于0.5%，且冲压件属于薄壁零件，不适于采用焊接工艺。

All extrusions are clearly marked with a number designation.Sort all the extrusions according to these designations. If a drawing was supplied, these numbers will correspond with the numbers shown on the drawing and also with those on the bill of materials.2.Assembly should be performed on a flat surface as this helps insure proper alignment and perpendicularity of the frame.3.Thread all end fasteners into tapped ends of extrusions but do not tighten the bolts.4.Pre-assemble all joiner plates, gussets, brackets, wire mesh clamps and anchor fastener assemblies but do not tighten the bolts.5.If economy T-nuts are being used on joiner plates, gussets,brackets and any accessories which are to be mounted between end fastenings of the main assembly, then these systems of the T-nut should be installed in the proper T-slot at this time.6.Install all wheels, leveling feet, hinges, handles and end caps after the main frame is constructed.7.If solid panels are part of the installation, they should be installed in the T-slot after three sides of its frame have been formed. Make sure power supply breaker is switched off. Installation must be carried out in accordance with the current edition of the local wiring regulations code having jurisdiction. Installation should be performed only by a qualified electrician.2. Place template against wall at desired height (see mounting height recommendations) and mark locations of 4 mounting holes and wire service entry at knockout (KO) location.Note: For two or more dryers, dryers should be no closer than 24" [610] on center.3. Remove and retain two (2) Main cover screws and Main cover.4. a. For in-wall (concealed) power supply - (See MT & IG 1705120001)Provide supply wire to KO location according to local code and attach securely to chassis at KO with appropriate strain relief connector (not supplied).b. For Surface Mounted Conduit (exposed) power supply -Provide appropriate conduit to entry location according to local code and attach securely to chassis with correct strain relief connector (not supplied).5. Drill four (4) holes at locations A, B, C and D of 5/16" Diameter x 1-3/8" deep [Ø8 x 35] if using wall anchors (not supplied). Install anchors flush with wall face, or install other fasteningsystem suitable for wall conditions (not supplied). Attach dryer to wall. For wood wall/studs, use 1/4" dia. (M6) screws at length that will ensure 1" [25] min. stud penetration. For masonry walls,use expansion bolts or anchors (not supplied) for 1/4" dia (M6) screws to ensure penetration 1/4" [6] deeper than anchor. Shim if necessary to ensure base plate is flat against wall.6. Connect supply and ground wires to terminal block where indicated or connect supply wires to terminal block where indicated and connect ground wire to base plate with ground screw. Connections:A . Connect the live wire (colored Brown, Red or Black) to the terminal block marked "L".B . Connect the neutral wire (colored Black, Blue, White or Grey) or connect the second live wire (colored Red or Orange) to the terminal block marked "N".C . Connect the ground wire to the terminal block marked " " or to the green screw marked " ". Bare grounding (earth) wires should be sleeved with green and yellow or green tubing.Colors of live and neutral wires depend on voltage of supply service and requirements of Building and Electrical Code having jurisdiction.7. Replace cover and reinstall screws retained in Step 3 above.
