毕业设计(论文)的主要内容:
本项目为成都精钢构公司轻钢结构厂房设计。
建筑平面设计要考虑使用功能的特点;立面设计要体现现代化建筑风格,色彩简洁明快。
结构设计与计算内容包括:荷载计算;计算简图、内力分析、内力组合及变形验算;墙梁及屋面檩条计算;吊车梁计算;一榀标准刚架计算;梁柱连接节点计算;柱间支撑计算;屋盖支撑计算;基础及基础梁计算;其它必要构件计算。图纸内容包括:
建筑部分:建筑设计说明、总平面图、一层平面图、屋顶平面图、正面和侧立面图、剖面图、维护结构与柱连接构造、屋面构造以及其他必要的节点大样图;结构部分:结构设计说明;基础平面布置图和基础详图、结构平面布置图、吊车梁及制动结构平面布置图、柱间支撑布置及详图、墙架及屋面结构布置图、一榀刚架结构图、吊车梁及制动结构详图、其它必要的节点详图。
论文设计说明书包括:任务书、中、外文摘要、目录、文献综述、建筑设计说明书、结构设计计算书、英文资料翻译等内容。

摘要
本次设计历时16周,设计任务是在成都的单层双跨轻钢结构工业厂房,采用门式刚架结构:每跨21米,每跨中都设有一台20吨、A3级桥式吊车。设计主要依据《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017—2003)和《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》(CECS102—2002)等国家规范。本设计是对轻型钢结构的实际工程进行建筑、结构设计与计算。首先是建筑方案设计,在确定刚架平面布置后,先进行各种的荷载标准值计算,利用PKPM软件估算选梁、柱截面进行门式刚架桥式吊车位移法独立基础

ABSTRACT
This design takes me 16.5 weeks.The design to the industrial factory building of steel construction adopts portal frame structure: Each span is 24 m and consists of 16 tons ,bridge type crane of A3 grade.The design is mainly according to the criterion of “CODE ROR DESIGN OF STEEL STRUCTURES” (GB50017—2003)and “TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR STEEL STRUCTURE OF LIGHT-WEIGHT BUILDINGS WITH GABLE FRAMES”(CECS102:2002)etc. The first is the architectural design .And after decided the plane arrangement of frame, representative value of load is first caculated. The internal force is analyzed and combined in PKPM so as to choose the section of beam and column and neglectes the factor that earthquake is on the influence of loading etc. Based on these analyses, the section of beam and columniation is decided. Then the vibrate cycle is calculated by the peak-displacement method for structural internal force (bending moment, shearing force and axial force). Next, checking stability of the plane structure. The steel beam and column employs Q235-B carbon structural steel. Connection bolts are high strength of friction type with behavioral grade 10.9. Rod for manual welding usually adopts E43. And during calculate the internal force, a kind of most unfavorable association have been only selected, fetch the safest result to calculate. In addition, foundation of the ground has been caculated.Because the geological condition of the place of factory building is better; the design plan is adopted on the individual footing under the post. Having finished the roof beam, internal force and the section of members have been caculated. Finally draw the building and structure.
