I’m the Marketing Director of the Toyworld subsidiary in Germany. We are looking forward to your visit on 20 June. And I will accompany with you during your visit with our Public Relations Manager and a interpreter.

Please allow me to briefly introduce our company----Toyworld. Toyworld is a profitable toy retailer based in Seattle, US, with subsidiaries in over 30 countries. Toyworld buys its products from suppliers all over the world. As the Toyworld subsidiary in Germany, we adhere the fine tradition of head corporation. Our toy sells well all over the world with reliable reputation. We win warm praise from customers especially from children.

We will be glad if we can cooperate with you. We prepared a draft programme about your visit. Let me show the details of program to you.

On 20 June, someone will pick you up at the airport. There will be shuttle bus to take you to the hotel and also in the rest of the trip. At lunch time, we organize a welcome party with the senior managers and some outstanding staff. We also prepared some performances and hope you like them. In the afternoon, we will show you around our company and you can meet our staff and gain a complete understanding of our business. I’m sure that you’ll find the effort and ta lent of our staff and the excellent quality of our product. Since it is the first day you come, we did’t do too much arrangement on this day. After the visit to company, you can take shuttle bus to hotel and enjoy dinner in the hotel.

On 21 June, we schedule a meeting from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Attendees include our personnel manager, finance director, sales manager, public relations manager, advertising manager, warehouse manager, marketing director, you and your export manager. We have done everything to prepare for this meeting. Paper and pencils have been laid by their name-cards on the conference table for each attendant. The Minute Book and some spare copies of the agenda have been put on the table. The microphone and speakers are ready. The meetin g covers company’s sales for last year, new export scheme, and our cooperation programme. And you can see my slides with talking points and questions from the panel then. There will have a recorder to take the minutes. And we sincerely hope that we can cooperate with you. At 12:30 we will have lunch together and go to KTV in the afternoon.

On 22 June, we arrange a short trip to some tourist attractions. Before we go there, I’ll introduce some of them to you.
