我国网络招聘中存在的问题及对策研究

摘要

随着网络的普及,我国网络招聘也进入了快速发展期,相比传统招聘网络招聘具有招聘范围广、无地域限制、高效快捷、费用低等优势。与此同时,网络招聘过程中也出现了一系列的问题亟需研究。

本文以网上搜索普查和Spss数据分析方法为主要研究方法,兼以文献分析,概述国内外网络招聘的产生、发展及现状,总结归纳出网络招聘作为一种新兴的招聘方式存在的问题,即网络提供的信息真实度低;网络招聘甄选人才困难;应用范围狭窄与基础环境薄弱;技术和服务体系不完善:政府部门缺乏有效的管理招聘网站的制度和机构经营与管理:信息处理的难度大和网络招聘的成功率较低等。在分析现状的基础上,结合实际网络招聘工作经验,提出了相应的对策:提高网络安全系统;完善电子面试;细分市场,强化服务意识;技术上进行革新和创造;完善网络招聘法规制度:采取适当收费的服务形式等。

通过分析网络招聘中存在的问题而提出的解决对策,对于之后认识和规范网络招聘具有借鉴和指导意义。

Countermeasures Research

Abstract

Along with the network popularization, the network recruitment also entered into a rapid development in our country, compared with the traditional recruitment has a wide range of recruitment, recruitment network without regional restrictions, high effect, low cost advantage. At the same time, the network also appears a series of problems in the process of hiring in urgent need of research.

Based on Internet search and Spss data analysis as the main research methods, and literature analysis, an overview of the emergence, development and status quo of network recruitment at home and abroad, summarized the network as a new recruitment recruitment problems, the network information real degree is low; Network recruitment selection difficulties; Application range is narrow and basic environment is weak; Technology and service system is not perfect, the government department recruitment website system and the lack of effective management organization and management of operation: the difficulty of information processing and network recruitment's chances of success were low. Based on the analysis of the status quo, combined with the actual network recruitment work experience, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: improve the network security system; Perfect electronic interview; Segment of the market, strengthen the service consciousness; On the technology innovation and creativity; Improve the system of network recruitment regulations: take appropriate charge service form, etc.

By analyzing the problems existing in the network recruitment and put forward countermeasures, for after understanding and standardize network recruitment has reference and guiding significance.
