古人云人生不如意，十有八九。
挫折是人生的必然，是指个体在从事有目的的活动中，遇到了障碍或干扰，导致其动机不能实现，需要不能满足时产生的情绪反应。
如同人生的影子，它将伴随着每一个人前进的脚步。
虽然谁都期望一生中一帆风顺，事事如意，但是或早或迟，或大或小，总难免遇害上各式各样的挫折。
认真准备考试，却没有得到理想的成绩；以诚待人，却换来嘲讽的目光……这些困难都会给我们造成挫折感。
面对这些失败，我们会难过，会哭泣，然而，困难不会因泪水退却，人生的磨难也从来不会给出软弱的心灵让座，不能让沮丧把青春的果实泡得霉烂。

证明了，自己的实力与信念!成功的缺点在于，当一个人成功之后，长时间的生存于，成功的那一刻。
而却不知道，成功与他已经慢慢的，产生了距离。
失败的优点在于，真正考验了一个人的坚韧不拔的意志，和对于失败的看法。
要知道失败的原因，明白如何对待他!努力战胜眼前的失败，战胜了眼前的失败，就等于失败中的成功。
因为战胜自己的成功，是非一般的成功!你才会铭记在心!无论成功还是失败，都是人生的一个点。
就像直线一样，是用每一个圆点，而点出来的。
每个点，可以说是成功，可是说是失败。
但这个圆点，怎么画，还再于自己。
怎么画才会圆。

如果将成功、欢乐比做太阳，那失败、挫折就可以比作月亮。

各位老师，各位同学，大家好!
成功者的背后必定经历失败。
在经历失败的同时，他们的眼前摆着两条路：一条是一蹶不振，丧失信心，这必然是一条失败之路。
而另一条则是重新爬起来，正确看待失败，那，在前面不远处，成
功以经在向你招手。
在这个世界上，从来没有什么真正的“绝境”。
无论黑夜多么漫长，朝阳总会冉冉升起;无论风雪怎样肆虐，春风终会缓缓吹拂。
其实，无论来自外界的不幸是怎样的沉重;无论源于自身的灾难又是如
何的巨大;只要我们能有拼搏进取，百折不挠的精神，任何困难都会
迎刃而解。
人的一生就好像是一个战场。
常言道：胜败乃兵家常事。
的确在人生的战场上，失败随时随地都可能盯上你，让你“全军覆没”，
对于一个懦夫来说，每一次失败都是一次精神上的死亡。
只有那些
不怕失败，坚持奋战的人才可以算得上是真正的英雄与强者。
失败
并不可怕，在那里跌倒就在哪里爬起。
成功也取决于对待失败的两
种心态：有人认为失败是压力，是压在头上足有千斤重的担子，让
人永远都爬不起来。
也有人认为失败是动力，是推动下一次成功的
基础，是迈向成功的阶梯。
每一个人从呱呱落地的那一刻开始，手里有的只是和别人一样的资本。
而当走到生命的尽头，扮演着的却是社会上各种各样不同的
角色。
有的成了富可敌国的富翁，有的却成了一贫如洗的乞丐;有的
成了国家的栋梁之才，有的却做了偷盗，贩毒，走私军火这些罪恶
的勾当-------毕竟，人谁无败?只有不向失败屈服，不向困难低头，拼搏进取的
才算是真正的胜者。
从古至今，我国涌现了许多通过拼搏进取取得辉煌志士仁人玄奘就是一个典型的例子，他那“不取真经不回头的拼搏进取精神，永
远留在世人心中。
汉朝的司马迁，再游历了大半中国后，在身心受
到重创后，还是在牢里写下了世界名著——史记。

在我们现实生活中，每个人都会有成功的经历，也有遇到失败的苦涩，取得成功的时候，脸上露出的时灿烂的笑容;遇到挫折的时候，有的一败涂地，有的是努力奋进，迎难而上。
对于我们学生来说，
应该怎么面对学习和生活的成功和失败呢?
这就引出来我今天要讲的主题————“胜不骄败不馁”。
古人曾说过：“胜者不骄傲，败者不气馁。
”讲的就是这个道理，当你
经过自己的一番努力取得成功的时候，决不可沾沾自喜，骄傲于世，目中无人，而应该总结成功的经验，再接再厉，向更高、更好的目
标而努力奋斗;当你遇到挫折与失败的时候，决不能灰心伤气，破罐
子破摔，而应该仔细检查自己做的事情，从中找出原因，不断总结，就会从一个失败走向成功。
失败并不可怕，可怕的是我们不能从中
意识到自己的不足。
我们常说“失败是成功之母”，讲得就是通往
成功的道路上，失败有时也是不可避免的，伟大的发明家爱迪生不
就是经过无数次的失败才走向成功的吗?经历了无数次的失败-成功，在失败在成功，最终发明了电灯。
爱迪生是这样，雅典奥运会冠军
刘翔也是一样，他也是经过了无数次的失败之后才取得了如此骄人
的战绩，实现了亚洲人短跑金牌零的突破，为中国人争了光，也为
亚洲人争了光!但是要从失败中不断汲取教训，多向成功的人士学习，
从心理上要认识失败是暂时的，只要你能调整心态，找出问题的所在，在加上自己的刻苦努力，你一定能取得自己满意的结果。
我们刚刚进行了期中考试，由于各个学生的基础不一样，有的同学通过自己的努力取得了优异的成绩，而有的同学觉得自己的成绩
不理想，没有达到自己的目标。
这样就出现了两种心态的同学。
考
试好的同学会欢欣鼓舞，但绝不可骄傲，还要继续前进;考试暂时不
理性的同学不要悲观失望，查漏补缺，终究会取得优异的成绩。
我
想告诉大家的是：考试只是一种检测手段，通过它反映开学以来你
对所学知识的掌握程度，分数的高低只能代表过去，不能代表将来。
只要你能从考试中分析自己的失败的原因，总结自己的不足之处，
相信在以后的考试中你一定会名列前茅的。
在我们的日常学习和生活中，要保持一个良好的心态，做到胜不骄败不馁。
我真心地希望每位同学，在以后的学习中，要克服学习
上的困难，知难而上，勇攀高峰，力争做到：课前要认真预习，准
备好必备的学习用品;课上要积极思考，大胆发言，不懂就问;课后
要及时复习，认真完成老师布置的课堂、家庭作业。
作业书写工整，作业要独立完成，作业要尽量不错，错了要立即订正。
我们坚信，
只要同学们努力去做，期末考试一定能考出优异的成绩。
胜不骄，败不馁。
让我们永远保持一颗奋斗的心，总结今天的成功与失败，展望明天的辉煌，经过大家的努力学习和拼搏，相信大
家都能达到自己理想的彼岸。

说到“失败”二字，我还是不得不提起初中时期的第一场期末考试。
说实话，考试前我很精心地做了准备，可为什么听到的仍然是这样一个噩耗呢?不过，过去了的事就是过去了，我必须面对这个现实：从失败中总结教训，更加努力，争取在下一场考试中做得更好!也是，人的一生中哪能没有失败，失败仅仅是一个警示自己的标志罢了。
正如我们大家所说：失败是成功之母。
失败是一种财富，它给我们以教训，并鼓励我们去争取更大的进步;成功也是一种财富，它给我们以激励，并鼓励我们去努力，做得更好。
