职位描述:
Mission:
- Offering technical repair service to customers, supporting and coaching distributor’s technical service. Maintenance and installation support of instruments at the customer sites, Update of Systems-Software, Trouble shooting and complaint handling aligned with customer needs. Ensuring the efficiency and timeliness, working to optimize costs, turnaround time and quality to ensure long term customer satisfaction by coordinating distributors.为客户提供维修、保养、安装仪器、更新系统软件的技术服务。
对代理商进行技术支持和指导。
根据客户需要处理解决客户投诉。
与代理商一起协作确保及时有效地以最经济的方式和完善的品质来保证长期的客户满意度。

T asks:
1. Efficient and effective installation and maintenance in the field, Following up and solving technical incidents on the instruments, uninstalling and decontaminating instruments, monitoring expenses and local spare parts usage. 及时有效的安装,保养所在区域的仪器,跟踪和解决仪器的技术问题。
仪器的拆卸与消毒,控制维修成本和管理当地零配件库。
2. Solving the problem by Telephone if possible, and feeding solutions back to the Hotline. Fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality for the customer, including during weekend and public holiday shifts. 通过电话解决客户问题并将解决办法反馈给热线中心。
在任何时间内以最经济和最优的品质解决客户的问题。
3. Educating and Train customer: 教育和培训客户
4. Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP/EHS,Centralizing and archiving technical documentation. 根据公司质量体系,环境健康安全(EHS)的要求进行日常工作安全和标准流程操作和记录,对技术文件的存档管理。
5. Keeping abreast with technological developments 不断寻求技术上的同步与发展

Knowledge:
1. A degree in medical engineering, mechanics or related majors. Experience in medical device industry, with diagnostics experience a plus.
2. Effective communication skills both written and verbal
3. Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications
4. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
5. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
6. A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
7. Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates Experiences:
1. Good experience in Service within diagnositcs industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major feastures, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.
2. Medical engineering, mechanics, diagnostics or relevant functions.
3. Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
4. Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversifed backgrounds.

Mission of Function
1. Provide high-end service support to field customer service staff and customers. Ensuring the correctness and effectiveness of technical and scientific information to internal staff ,distributors and customers .
2. Deliver training courses to the participants according to the training plan.

- External: Customers and distributors
T asks:
1. Provide accurate, timely and lastest service information, advice, and assistance regarding the organization’s products and ser vices to customers and field service staff to improve the organization’s customer satisfactions.
2. Provide service support to the field service specialists when they encounter difficulties.
3. Keep up to date on laboratory technology where relevant, monitoring tools and techniques of competition in client labs, taking part in seminars, congresses or lecture, where appropriate.
4. Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents.
5. Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices, supporting bidding.
6. Communicate with team timely for the company updates.
7. Deliver training according to the training schedule.
8. Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
Knowledges:
1. At least 5 years in medical device service. A degree in Technology (Medical T echnology), laboratory Medical. Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostic is prefered.
2. The abillty to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
3. Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
5. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
6. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company.
7. A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry.
