The teacher asks the students what food they had for breakfast and whether they like the food to review the learned words and phrases about food. Then the teacher asks the students a question: If they could choose some food for breakfast, what food would they like to eat. Then the teacher asks the students to listen to a song about food and asks aquestion: What would they like to eat? After that, the teacher introduces the topic of un it 10: I’d like some noodles.Step 2: Pre-listening for 1aThe teacher asks the students to look at the picture on page 55 and to identify the foods in the picture. Then do exercise 1a to match the words with the foods.
