能够在语境中理解以下新词和词组的意思并正确发音：grandparent,their，house ,flower,lots of.2.过程与方法：在教学活动中利用多媒体课件，出示直观图片，引导学生参与学习。
在学习过程中学生进行小组合作，并进行游戏比赛。
3.情感态度与价值观：培养学生热爱生活，感受生活的美。
教学重点：能够在情景中运用句型There are...描述某处有某物。
教学难点：能够在语境中理解以下新词和词组的意思并正确发音：grandparent, their，house ,flower, lots of.教学准备：多媒体课件，录音机，本课录音磁带。
教学过程：Step1：复习导入（4分钟）将班级学生分为两组。
利用多媒体出示房间图片，请每组学生在一分钟内结合There is...句型，用至少7句话描述图片。
完成任务的小组得一分。
Step2: 新课教学(16分钟) Let’s try1.出示三个短语：some pictures、some toys、some flowers 。
2.播放录音，请学生边听边找出听力内容中提到的短语。
3.请学生根据听力内容回答教师问题。
4.再听一遍，检验答案是否正确。
(答案正确的小组得一分) Let’s talk 1.There are many...s ...在完成听力内容后，教师出示Let’s try部分所描述的图片，并结合旧知识，引出There are...句型。

学中，我还注重优化课堂教学过程：
1.多信息, 采用图片、多媒体和歌谣等手段创设新的语言情景，
多渠道地给学生提供英语信息源和大量的信息，拓宽视野，从而激励
学生学习英语的强烈兴趣，积极主动参与各项学习活动.
教学反思
2.高密度, 加强了小组活动形式,增加了学生实践的面和量，一
堂课内，几乎每个学生都能参与英语操练和交际活动，这也成了一道
亮丽的风景线.
3.勤反复, 能重视在新的情景中采用多样化的教学方法，重现和
运用所学语言知识，并使知识不断获得巩固，听说读交际的能力不断
获得发展。
本节课中我设计的三个活动跟学生平时生活有很大的联系，找不同是他们最喜欢玩的活动；表演也是我们平时教学中经常采用的事；
创编对话也是他们的最爱。
这些活动促进了学生主动参与的能动性，
他们积极地表演，把自己最好的一面展示给同学和教师。
他们的思维、
合作和创新精神、语言的表达和运用能力等等都得到了不同程度的提高。
