It was totally awesome from start to finish. I had so much fun and did so many cool things. Let me tell you all about it!It all started on the last day of school. I was super excited because I didn't have any homework or tests or anything to worry about for two whole months! My friends and I were bouncing off the walls with joy. As soon as the final bell rang, we raced out of the classroom cheering and giving each other high-fives. Summer was officially here!The first week, my family and I just hung out at home relaxing. We slept in late every morning and stayed in our pajamas until lunch time. It felt so good not to have to rush around getting ready for school. In the afternoons, my friends and I rode our bikes all around the neighborhood and played pick-up games in the park. We set off down the trail, surrounded by towering trees and the chirps of birds.At first, I grumbled and dragged my feet, but after a mile or so I started to enjoy myself.
