第一条项目建设依据。

出卖人以出让方式取得位于海宁农业对外综合开发区编号为海国土登字（2002）第080号的地块的土地使用权，取得《土地使用权证书》。

土地使用权证号为浙土字（A2001）20124号。

ThesellerobtainedtheuserightofthelandparcelocatedlocatedHainingA griculturalComprehensiveDevelopmentZonewithNo.80HaiGuoTuDengZi（2002）bytransfer.ThenumberofAssignmentContractoftheUseRightoftheLandisZheT uZi(A2001).
该地块土地面积为1115019平方米，规划用途为商住，土地使用权年限自2001年12月29日至2071年12月28日。
