全国选秀节目现燎原之势，综艺战进入有史以来最白热化的阶段，目前看来，由浙江卫视打造的《中国好声音》显然高高居于榜首。
22011年是中国音乐选秀类节目的低谷，上有国家广电总局“限娱令”等种种政策门槛，内有选秀节目创意老化趋同、观众审美疲劳之困。
3《中国好声音》此时正在紧张酝酿，如何绕开“限娱令”，制作团队和浙江卫视绞尽脑汁。
田明在接受财新记者采访时一再强调，《中国好声音》颠覆了传统选秀模式。
在田明、杜昉看来，选秀包括海选、无门槛、评委、投票四大主要特征。
“《中国好声音》一条也没有：第一不海选甚至不接受报名；第二有门槛，必须要是真正的好声音才能上来；第三没有评委，都是导师带学生；第四不投票，决定权在导师。

2然而，即使像灿星制作这样实力雄厚的公司，在《中国好声音》成功后，浙江卫视、灿星制作就节目制作、投资概算都措辞谨慎，闭口不谈具体分成比例。
多位接近节目组消息人士向财新记者透露，灿星制作获得的投资分成比例很高，这也是其被其他卫视拒之门外的一个原因。
它与浙江卫视有类似对赌的协议，节目收视率越高，灿星获得的分成比例也越高。
“收视率超过4之后，灿星能获得七成收益。
”一位消息人士称。
3灿星制作宣传总监陆伟则向财新记者表示，在《中国好声音》的制作过程中，浙江卫视投入了大量设备、器材，灿星制作则主要投入资金和人员。
所有的嘉宾（导师）和选手（学员）也都是与灿星制作签订协议。
根据投资比例，灿星制作在最终分成中应该会占大头。

田明认为，要真正做好投资分成，一个制作公司至少需要具备三种能力：高超的投资能力、制作能力以及运营能力。
此外，适合做投资分成的电视节目也有限。

观众们所看到的顶级导师、原版转椅、高级音箱、零点乐队贝斯手王笑东和黄金调音师金少刚等“顶级元素”，其催生根源都是制播分离所带来的压力和动力。
“优势是，你可能赚到很多钱，劣势是节目一旦不那么成功，亏钱的风险就很大。
以前那种合作方式几乎没有风险，收入完全是可控的。
”这种首创的真正制播分离的模式，应该也是《中国好声音》在此前的一年多时间里找不到“婆家”的原因，也是浙江卫视考量后做下决定的筹码。
2不过，这次成功最大受益人不是浙江卫视，而是灿星制作。
星空华文国际传媒有限公司（下称星空华文），星空华文旗下才是灿星制作的。
按照标准说法，《中国好声音》是浙江卫视和灿星制作合作推出的节目。
但不同以往的是，灿星制作在合作中占据了主动——这档节目由灿星制作主导了购买版权、投资和运作过程，而浙江卫视则更像是一个播出渠道。
3更具有突破意义的是，《中国好声音》与以往“一口买断”制作费的制播分离方式不同，星空华文与浙江卫视采用了“投资分成”的新商业模式。
根据双方签署的带有对赌性质的协议，收视率越高，星空华文获得的收益越多；一旦失败，造成的损失由星空华文承担。
4有广电业内人士评价，《中国好声音》同时突破了选秀的政策障碍和传统商业模式，灿星制作确实闯出了一条路，但如果没有灿星独特的背景及雄厚的资金实力，很难想象能获得现在的成功。
在依然强势的渠道面前，那些纯靠创意的小制作公司生存空间有限。
