Introduction.

Have you ever wondered what different festivals are held around China? What types of clothing can be found in China and in what regions? Let’s take a look and find out .你是否好奇中国的少数民族有什么节日？他们穿什么传统服饰？让我们一起来看看吧。

The largest group of people are the Han Chinese, but there are also 52 other minorities: 少数民族中以汉族为最多，但是其它民族也多达52种，例如：the Yi(彝族), Tibetan（藏族）, Qiang （羌族）, Hui（回族）, Mongolian（蒙古组）, Lisu（傈僳族）, Manchu （满族）, Naxi （纳西族）, Bai（白族）, Bouyei（布依族）, Dai （傣族）, Miao（苗族） and Tujia（土家族）.

8. Water-Splashing Festival of Dai is the most influential

festival in Yunnan Province. It is in the sixth month of Dai calendar. 傣族的泼水节是云南最有名的节日。它在傣历的第六个月。

10.The Sanduo Festival is a legal holiday for Naxi people. It is celebrated on the eighth of the 2nd month in the Ch inese lunar year (the middle of March). It started from Na xi people’s worship of the protective god named Sanduo. “三多节”是纳西族的法定节日。纳西族人在农历年二月初八（三月中旬）庆祝这一节日。这个节日是源于纳西族人对他们的保护神“三多”的崇拜。
