咔唑类共聚物的荧光性能及物理性能的研究
摘要
含有一种电子受体的基团的化合物,咔唑,像N - 乙烯基类的咔唑和MMA的共聚物的咔唑也是一种刚开发的荧光的聚合物材料。N - 乙烯基种类的咔唑不是单体的没有更大的空间位阻因此聚合的难度很大,聚合难度较大的主要的因素是因为与非共轭的咔唑环的乙烯基双键以及咔唑环的立体阻碍所致。该文提出了使用乳液聚合法实施的N - 乙烯共聚的咔唑与别的种类的烯烃的单体相互的聚合,列举N - 乙烯基咔唑类的单体,而且单体选择甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行聚合反应,聚合反应的引发剂选用硫酸铵,以十二烷基硫酸钠以及OP - 10作为聚合反应化合物的乳化剂,利用乳液聚合的操作方法制备出了几种不同比率的二元共聚物(1/110,1/52,1/105,1/55,1/19),并且再次使用了红外光谱仪,综上所述可以分析得到聚合物包含的基团以及分子的结构,本聚合物的分子的结构紫外光谱包含两个吸收的峰,而且330纳米处与337纳米处为两个相对较大的值,而且与咔唑基的特殊的吸收峰相互对应,而在荧光光谱中375纳米的发射峰是相对较大的的发射峰,发光峰值显示出了共聚物是优良的蓝色的荧光体,而且还对单体的比率,对共聚物的发光性能的影响做了相应的研究,研究分析的结果显示,聚合物的发光性能相对较好是在NVK - MMA 的共聚物的比率为1/22时,它们两个之间的分布成正太函数。

This paper puts forward the use of emulsion polymerization of N - ethylene copolymer of carbazole and other types of olefin monomer polymerization, list N - vinyl carbazole kind of monomer, and monomers selection of polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA), polymerization initiator selecting ammonium sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and OP - 10 as emulsifier, polymerization of compound preparation the operation method of emulsion polymerization using several different ratio of binary copolymer (1/110, 1/52 55, 1, 1, 105, 1 / / 19), and once again use the infrared spectrometer, above all can be analyzed by polymer containing groups and the molecular structure of the polymer molecular structure ultraviolet spectrum contains two absorption peaks, and 330 nanometers and 337 nanometers to two relatively larger value, and with carbazole special absorption peak corresponding to each other, and 375 nm emission peak in the fluorescence spectrum is relatively large emission peak, emitting peak showed copolymer is a good blue phosphor, but also on the ratio of monomer, the luminescence properties of the copolymer to do the relevant research, the influence of the analysis of the research results show that polymer luminescence is a relatively good performance in NVK - MMA copolymer is 1/22, the ratio of distribution into fall between these two functions.
