Clarity (清晰)
Clarity means your purpose and the words are clear to your readers so that the recipients can interpret your words with the same meaning you have in mind.
Consideration means that you prepare the writing with the readers in mind, and try to put yourself in his/her place to indicate that you are considerate.
Conciseness means to write the fewest possible words without sacrificing completeness and courtesy.
