一、复合材料绝缘子的结构
复合材料绝缘子是陶瓷绝缘子的新的替代产品,在低温工程领域应用很广泛,其低温力学性能、电性能和耐高压气密性已经经过了实验的考核。
复合材料绝缘子的结构主要包括复合材料内衬管、金属端管和外补强层三个方面。
见下图。
二、绝缘子制备工装、设备和器材
1,缠绕芯棒
用来预制绝缘子内衬管胚管的简易模具。
见下图。
2,缠绕设备、清洗设备、检漏设备、烘箱和刻字机
低温胶选用低温中心的DWZ 胶,固化机制为:80度1小时,100度1小时,120度1小时,130度1小时,随炉降温。
毛胚加工成型时要做到无油加工,加工后要用丙酮轻洗。
2,端管制备
3.3 在端管电刻编号,送粗检,在液氮温度不漏,才进入下一步。
4,外围缠绕补强
把粗检合格的粘结件固定在缠绕机上,通过边涂DWZ胶边缠绕的方式,将多股(约20股)无捻玻璃先纤维丝缠绕补强至设计尺寸。
缠绕角度在30度-60度之间。
预紧力内紧外松,不超过2公斤。
缠绕速度控制在涂胶均匀充分的基础上。
缠绕完玻璃纤维后,在外面再包三层热缩带和两层脱模四氟带,并且用胶带固定好,放进烘箱内固化成型,固化机制同内衬管。
5,清理表面,随制作登记表一起送检。
