1. E-learning

Currently, an increasing number of people begin to use Internet to take courses and acquire knowledge. Online learning is booming all around the world. It is providing many options with learners in terms of time, locations, subjects and costs.

Online learning greatly promotes learners’ studying efficiency and teachers’ productivity. As a result, updated knowledge will reach those students in isolated areas at a higher speed, which can make many of them keep pace with the time. Additionally, students can decide their learning location and time much more freely. Notably, because transportation and accommodation will not trouble E-learners, learning cost will be largely lowered. These advantages might decrease the number of people who routinely attend school learning.

From my point of view, personal interaction between teachers and students in schools is irreplaceable. It is a good idea that we combine E-learning and attending school together. Learning is not a simple multiple-choice question but an important issue that needs your trying and involvement.

2. Should Parents Send Their Kids to Art Classes?

There is a growing tendency nowadays that an increasing number of people send their children to register and attend a great variety of arts courses, such as dancing, calligraphy and musical instruments training.etc. The attitudes of people towards this phenomenon vary from person to person.

A majority of people think that it is a good phenomenon. In their views, there are two factors contributing to this attitude: in the first place, these practices are of great necessity and benefits to students. In the second place, it can have an all-round development by acquiring knowledge and skills which are not taught in their schools. While the rest hold the other side of the picture, for one thing, these courses would bring about heavy burdens to students' families. For another thing, they worry about that students might not have adequate time to take a rest and reflect on what they have learned in school.

Weighing the pros and cons of these arguments above, I am inclined to agree with the idea that kids should attend to art classes. It is not only because it can make their life colorful, but also because it can be helpful in their rest life and work.

3. My Views on the Growing Overweight Children

The fact that there is an increasing number of overweight children in our country attracts many people’s attention. They all have the same doubt why so many children have the problem of obesity. Some attribute this problem to the popularity of fast food outlet while others hold that it is the parents neglecting their children’s health who should take responsibility for it. I am definitely in favor of the latter opinion.
