本次毕业设计的课题名称为：淮安市生态新城开明中学1#实验楼工程设计。该设计包括建筑设计和结构设计。其中结构设计采用手算一榀框架及电算结构施工图。

建筑设计根据建筑用地条件和建筑使用功能、周边城市环境特点，首先进行建筑平面设计：首先阐述平面设计思想，其次进行建筑立面设计：根据建筑使用功能及性格特征等，采用矩形空间设计，有利于房间竖向组合。根据使用功能、外部特征，结合平面、立面设计进行了体型设计，通过材料选择、线条及色彩运用体现建筑美感。

结构设计中，根据使用功能需要及框架结构特点采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。选取一榀标准框架进行手算：首先进行结构布置和选型，然后进行荷载计算，框架侧移验算，接着进行框架在竖向（恒载、活载）作用下、水平荷载作用下（风荷载、地震作用）的内力计算，考虑弯矩调幅后进行了内力组合，然后进行了梁、柱截面设计，基础设计。另外还进行了楼梯结构设计和楼板设计。

The title of this graduation project is the project design of 1# experimental building of Kai Ming Middle School of Huaian ecological new town. The design includes architectural design and structural design. The structure design is based on manual calculation of a frame and computer structure construction drawings.

The architectural design is based on the construction land conditions, the use function of the building and the surrounding urban environment characteristics. First, the design of the building plane is carried out: first of all, the plane design idea is expounded. Secondly, the design of the building facade is followed by the rectangular space design based on the function and character characteristics of the building, which is beneficial to the vertical combination of the room. According to the use function and external features, combined with plane and facade design, the shape design was carried out, and the aesthetic feeling of building was reflected through material

selection, line and color application.

In the structural design, a reinforced concrete frame structure is adopted according to the functional requirements and the structural characteristics of the frame. A standard frame is selected for hand calculation: first, the structure layout and selection are carried out, then the load calculation is carried out, and the frame side shift is checked. Then the internal force calculation of the frame under the action of vertical (constant load, live load) and horizontal load (wind load and earthquake action) is carried out, and the internal force combination is considered after the bending moment amplitude modulation is taken into account. Then the beam and column cross section design and foundation design are carried out. Besides, staircase structure design and floor slab design were also carried out.
