《商务英语写作》考试大纲
一、期末考试要求
“商务英语写作”是英语专业专科商务方向的限选课程。
本课程的教学目的是培养学生掌握商务英语写作的基础知识,商务英语书信的基本格式和写作技能,了解主要的商务英语写作类型,提高商务英语书面表达能力,为毕业后成为适应社会需要的应用型涉外商务工作者打下良好的基础。
通过学习有关商务活动的实用语言材料和实际操练,学生应能独立撰写一般的英语商务函件(包括电子邮件)和简单的业务报告,意思表达清楚,用词比较准确,无重大语法错误。
通过学习,学生应进一步提高基本的听、读、说、写、译的能力。
二、组卷原则
课程终结考试在学期末进行,由省电大统一命题。
根据教材所涵盖的有关知识内容、交际功能以及与教材难度相当的书面语言材料命题,涉及教材内容不少于50%。
“商务英语写作”期末考试命题范围以教材《朗文制胜英文书信》为基本依据,该教材由香港理工大学Graham T Bilbow教授编撰,外语教学与研究出版社2001年出版。
三、试题类型
下面就各个部分的试题做一简要说明。
第一部分填空题
一、请把下面所给词语放进原文中适当的位置,让他们在信件中执行相应的语言功能
这部分为选词填空。
给出一段文章,文章中有10 个空格,要求从所给的10个词语中选择合适的词语填入文章。
每个空格3分,本题共30分。
第二部分配对题
二、阅读下列两组句子。
从Part B 中选择适当的句子与Part A中的句子配对。
本题要求把Part A 部分的5个句子和Part B 部分的5个句子进行配对。
每小题3分,共15分。
第三部分判断题
本部分5小题,每小题3分,共15分。
重点复习第1章到第16章课后练习中类似的题型,具体可参照教材第五章催款信P157(判断催款信),第十一章证明信P250(判断证明信的语气是肯定的还是否定的),第十二章社交信P268(判断应使用哪一种社交信),第十四业
务报告P315(判断业务报告)等。
第四部分翻译题
本部分为商务信函英译中,要求翻译一篇信函,本题共20分。
第五部分写作题
本部分为根据要求,写一封商务信函,本题共20分。
