绿色饲料，不仅是优质饲料作物，和光纤资源，加工各种令人困惑的产业链，现已成为中国重要的出口产品和农业结构调整重点发展和扶持种植品种。消费结构和出口结构继续调整和优化的双重拉动下，绿色饲料生产突飞猛进，并逐步相对集中的主要产区，优势产业带基本形成。但绿色饲料生产机械化发展严重滞后，尤其是劳动力比重超过1 / 3的整个生产过程，经营成本占生产总值的50%以上，成本削减工作，主要是依靠手工完成，劳动强度大，生产成本高，效率低，成本高已成为一个主要瓶颈生产发展和工业增长，国内需求的绿色饲料机械切削技术和设备已成为日益迫切。

Abstract
Green feed is not only high quality forage crop, is the major protein resources, processing category, and industry chain length, has becomeChina's important export products focus on the development of agricultural structural adjustment and support of cultivated varieties. In the consumption structure and export structure of continuous adjustment and optimization of double pull move, feed production gets great progress, and gradually the relative concentration of the main producing areas, competitive industry is formed basically. However, Chinese forage production mechanization is serious lag, especially labor for the entire production process, more than 1/3 \, activity based cost accounts for over 50% of the total cost of production, the cutting operation, mainly depend on manual work, high labor intensity, high operating costs, low efficiency, high cost, large loss, the development of production and the industry has become the main bottleneck for the development of domestic feed, machining technology and equipment for the increasingly urgent demand.
