摘 要

皮肤位于人体的表面

是人体健康的第一道防线

在日常生活中人体皮肤

不可避免与其它多种材料的摩擦接触

从而产生了许多皮肤摩擦问题人体皮肤

许多生理功能的实现都依赖于其力学性能而皮肤的弹性性能是皮肤力学性能的

一个重要参数

因此

人体皮肤摩擦和弹性性能的研究对于人们保持皮肤健康提高生活质量具有重要的意义

目前国内外关于皮肤摩擦性能的研究主要是在传统的摩擦试验装置上进行

这些试验装置大多只能针对人体上肢部位皮肤进行测试测试部位的局限性

较大

国内外有关专用的皮肤摩擦试验装置的研究比较少

为此本文在研究中自行设计了一台FS-1

便携式皮肤摩擦试验机

该装置灵活小巧

使用方便适用

范围广

不但可以测试人体上肢部位皮肤的摩擦系数

而且还可以对人体额头脸颊等其它部位皮肤进行测试 本文采用UMT-

多功能摩擦磨损试验机测试了人体皮肤的摩擦和弹性性能同时采用自行研制的FS-1

便携式皮肤摩擦试验机测试人体皮肤的摩擦性能定量的研究了性别试验部位

试验设备和护肤品对人体皮肤摩擦和弹性性能的影响

试验数据进行了统计学分析

研究结果表明

Abstract

Skin is located at the surface of human body, it is the first line of human health. In daily life, human skin often contacts with a variety of materials, resulting in a lot of skin frictions, many physiological functions of the skin depend on its mechanical properties, and the skin elastic properties is an important parameter of skin mechanical properties. Therefore, study of human skin frictional and elastic properties have a great significance for maintaining better skin health and improving people's quality of life.

At present, the study of skin friction is mainly on the traditional friction test devices at home and abroad, most of these devices can only test the upper limbs skin of human, having lots of limitations, the development of dedicated skin friction test device is relatively small at home and abroad. In this thesis, we designed a FS-1 portable skin friction tester, which is flexible, easy to use, and a wide range of applications, not only can test the friction coefficients of human upper limbs skin, but also forehead, face , and other sites.

In this thesis,we tested the friction coefficients and elastic modulus of human skin

on UMT-muti-specimen biomedical micro-tribometer, we also tested the friction coefficients of human skin on FS-1 portable skin frictional tester and quantitativly studied gender, test sites, skin care product and test equipments to the effect on frictional and elastic properties of human skin statistical analysis were used in data analysis.The results show that: (1) In selected samples of the crowd , gender has no significant effect on frictional properties of human skin the frictional properties of human skin have significant differences among different test sites,there were significant differences on frictional properties of human skin between different test equipments; Silicone cream has significant effect on frictional properties of human skin,but there were no significant differences for the moisturizing properties of silicone cream between different gender different test sites and different test equipments.(2) In selected samples of the crowd , gender has no significant effect on elastic properties of human skin, elastic properties of human skin have significant differences among different test sites;After using silicone cream, there were no significant differences on elastic properties of human skin.
