中文摘要

我国从2000年起开始了数字档案馆建设的试点建设项目,这意味着我国档案馆工作步入了一个新的台阶,同时也意味着对传统档案馆的冲击与挑战。档案馆保存了大量的原始资源,是重要的公共信息服务机构,档案馆信息服务工作的好坏直接影响到了档案价值的实现以及档案馆功能的实现。数字档案馆拓宽了档案信息服务工作的平台,为用户获取档案信息提供了便利。

我国数字档案馆的信息服务主要以“资源”为中心的服务模式为主,服务工作的开展大部分只是传统档案馆信息服务工作在网络、数字领域的延伸,并未走出传统服务模式的框架,档案信息资源的利用尚不够充分,用户需求尚不能得到很好的满足。虽然现在数字档案馆信息服务越来越强调以“用户”为中心,但这一理念并未很好的付诸实践,我国数字档案馆信息服务究竟应该采取何种模式?又该如何实现?这都是需要我们深入分析探讨的问题。

本文以我国数字档案馆信息服务模式这一现实问题层层深入地展开分析和研究。首先,以我国已建成的数字档案馆及档案网站调查研究为基础,分析了我国数字档案馆信息服务工作的现状及存在的问题;其次,针对当前我国数字档案馆信息服务存在的问题,提出了建立以“用户”为中心的数字档案馆信息服务模式,并深入分析了我国数字档案馆建立以“用户”为中心信息服务模式的基础、必要性及核心要素;再次,提出了以“用户”为中心信息服务模式实现的有效途径——个性化信息服务,分析了国外数字档案馆信息服务的特点及值得我国借鉴的经验;最后,对本文的研究进行总结及展望。从我国网络信息服务工作的整体发展来看,以用户为中心的个性化信息服务是我国数字档案馆信息服务的未来发展趋势,这也是促进数字档案馆自身信息服务工作不断提升的内在要求。当前,数字图书馆及其他网络信息服务都在迅速发展,数字档案馆的信息服务工作也应不断创新,走出自己的特色。

ABSTRACT

Since 2000, China has begun the pilot projects of digital archives construction, which not only leads the archives work to a new level, but takes challenges to the traditional archives. With a lot of firsthand resources, archives are an important institution of public information services, which have a direct impact on the realization of both the values of a file and the functions of archives. Digital archives not only have broadened the platform of information services but facilitated the users to access file information.

The main information services mode in Chinese digital archives is resource-centered type, which is only extended to the network or digital area on the base of the traditional archives. The digital extension of the traditional service model is not out of the framework, file information is still inadequate use of resources, and users’ demand is still not well satisfied. Although increasing emphasis on users-centered concept in digital archives, it is not a good idea into practice. For our digital archives, which services model should be taken? And how to achieve it ? That is the problem we need analysis deeply.

The digital archives information services model in Chinese is analyzed and researched in this paper. First, surveys the digital archives built or the archival website in China and analyzes the current situation and problems of information services in digital archives; Second, for the current problems in digital archives information services, proposes the establishment of the digital archives in users-centered information service model, and further analyzes the basis, necessity, and the core elements of users-centered information service model in Chinese archives. Third, puts forward an effective way - personalized information services, which is attained by concluding the merits and experience of the foreign digital archives information service model; Finally, summaries this research and make a prospect. From the overall development of network information service, personalized information services is a development trend of digital archives services in future, and is also its own internal requirements continuing to improve service quality. At present, digital libraries and other network information services are rapidly developing; so digital archives should continually innovate in information service work and form our own distinctive character.
