二、产品质量 Product quality
1、与产品标准的符合性 Conformity with product standard
（1）符合适用于产品的法律、法规要求及产品标准、规范要求情况：
Conformity condition with the requirement of applicable law, regulation and product standard and specification
●适用于产品的法律法规、标准（国标标准、国标、行标、企标）
•Comply with applicable law and standard (international standard, national standard, industrial standard, and company standard).
●名称、编号、年代号、是否有效？企标是否备案？备案期是否有效？
Whether name, number, and year number is valid; whether company standard has been put on record; whether the record is valid.
（2）依据接收准则所规定的检验方法和检验项目进行检验：
Do inspection as per specified inspection method and inspection items.
●其检验方法应是产品标准/规范规定的方法；
Inspection method specified in product standard/specification shall be followed.
●检验设备和人员资格符合标准要求；
Inspection equipment and inspector shall meet standard requirement

2、与采购方要求的符合性
（1）应达到采购方规定的质量要求。

Quality requirement specified by purchaser shall be complied with.
●按采购方的合同要求（有些性能可能比产品标准要求更高）生产的情况；

（2）对研发产品应经过鉴定或试验，达到采购方要求：
New product shall be approved and tested, and reach purchaser’s requirement.
●保持测试、试验记录的情况。

3、产品设计能力【3.2.3.1(3)】Product design capability
（1）产品设计资质
Product design qualification
（2）设计/研发人员、设计/研发经验和经历（提供专利、设计/研发人员资格证（至少5人证书扫描件，少于5人时提供全部；无资格证时提供设计/研发人员姓名、设计/研发年限及设计/研发经历）、设计/研发业绩）。
